Beach getaway

Loved the location of the home and everything about the town. Couldn’t have asked for a better summer vacation where we could enjoy beaches dining shopping and exploring local parks yet relax in a lovely comfortable stylish home during the heat and at night.

Upscale retreat

This property was visually pleasing with comfortable furnishings. Having visited St. Simons for the first time this place helped to make it a great trip.

Beautiful (and clean!) property

This property was the complete package! The house was adorable and exactly as described in the listing. I'm always impressed by cleanliness and this property hit the mark. Close to downtown area and many restaurants!

Family vacation

Very cozy house. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was gorgeous! We could ride our bikes everywhere. We loved it and will be back again.

Would stay here again

We come to Saint Simons every year for Christmas and this is the first property that we would stay at again. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to town but you get a garden and 3/3 bed/bath. House came equipped with a full sized propane grill and four beach chairs which we really enjoyed.

Fred and Madeleine’s great vacation.

The house was every thing advertised; clean, comfortable and strategically located. The neighbors were nice and also helpful providing information, recommendations, directions, etc. The home provided easy access to the Village section and other side of town using Demere. It was convenient to have a “u” shaped driveway for easy egress and ingress. The well groomed yard was perfect for our small dog. We enjoyed our 8 week stay so much we already reserved for next year’s winter season.
