Great location for ski on / ski off of Barker Mtn, clean condo and excellent experience. The owner also had excellent communication. We would stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay. The access to the lift was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while Mother Nature added powder to the slopes. So cool to swim in the snow. And Shawn even helped us recover a misplaced AirPod after our departure. He is a great host.

Great location for skiing at Sunday River with a very nice pool to use as a bonus. The property is right next to Roadrunner so it really is ski out and ski in. The outdoor pool is a great temperature and wasn't busy even over a holiday weekend. Typical layout within the condo that was comfortable for our family of 4. Lots of parking space.

Great Condo

This was a great place to stay. It was close to the White Cap ski lift and centrally located to the restaurants and Southridge. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that the pool was closed for the last 3 days of our stay.

Great Condo

A great condo with no frills perfect for a ski trip. Kitchen equipment is fully stocked and it's very easy to get to the trails!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Shawn's ski on/ski off. The condo fit all of our needs and was a short trek to RoadRunner with easy access to White Cap. Shawn's communication was great. We would certainly stay again.

Ski stay at Sunday River

The condo was clean and had a very easy check in. Shawn was quick to respond with my questions. My family loved being able to throw on their skis and get right on the hill.

Everything you need

Great place to stay right on the mountain. Very easy access to the white cap lift and plenty of space for all your gear in the lockers. If you're looking for a ski in/out rental this is the one you should get!

Perfect for ski in and out, fun community

We loved the access to the mountain and ski in/ski out of White Cap. The property has a ski locker for ease. There is a pool and fun area for kids and adults to congregate. The unit itself is just what you need. No frills but great access to restaurants and SR resort amenities.
