Amazing! We had the best weekend! Dalton responded quickly to all my bothersome questions. The place is super cool! Loved every part of it! Checking in and out was easy. The front covered balcony kept us out of the short rain shower. Jeep Jam 2026 parade was a blast from up there! Thank you again!

It is a fantastic location and super cute place! As with pretty much everything in Eureka, there are many steps to enter the residence, which is above the shop below. The big deck out front is one of the only ones on Spring St. (possibly the only private one?) and is fantastic for parades and just people watching in general. The back area is also cute and private.The fact that it comes with two permit parking spots is rare and awesome. It is best to unload outside and then go park, but the host will share all of those details with his excellent communications (which even includes check-in videos).We definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you!

Dalton was very welcoming and communicative! He was a pleasure to work with. Everything was lovely - very cozy, and well appointed. Everything we needed was there for us, including a Pacman video game, which really dated this old woman!

Spring St. with 2 views

The front balcony & back deck were both favorite spots to relax at this spacious 2 bdrm apartment. Comfort, location, & charm were all intertwined.

Very cute, we loved having a balcony and being right in the middle of everything. We would definitely stay here again. The down side is the parking which is expected in Eureka, the entry and the stairs are tight and very steep, hard for our older friends.

Perfect Location

It was our first trip to Eureka Springs and we couldn't have found a better location than this historic property on Spring St. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Also found that other things we wanted to explore were a quick car ride away.Our host was quick to answer all questions. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking Spring St for people watching.

What a fantastic apartment! First off: Communication was excellent. We loved this stay - the outdoor spaces, the turntable, the skylight, the comfortable beds, the Roku guest setup, the well-appointed kitchen, the games; we even used the washer/dryer! Do pack your bug spray if you stay in the summer, so you can enjoy your coffee on the back deck without getting bit! It was fun being able to just walk out the front door and explore the shopping/entertainment district. Having a parking spot was great. It took us a few tries to open the Master Lock on the door but once we got the key out, we were set. If you're like us and stay mid-week, just plan ahead because a lot of the restaurants close early in the evening. Our family really enjoyed our stay at Dalton & Brittney's place! Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, wonderful outdoor space and welcoming environment. This was one of the best properties I have stayed at. Plenty of space for guests with great kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. It is centrally located and the host is super responsive. We would definitely recommend it and plan to come again.
