Balcony overlooking the Gulf, as well as the outdoor pools. Amenities include 4 pools. One zero entry GULF front pool, and indoor/swim out heated pool, an over-sized outdoor pool with waterfall, kids pool, hot tub/s, Fitness center. w/steam room and sauna, game room, 2 tennis courts w/pickle ball, restaurant/deli, market, Tiki hut w/tropical drinks, grill area, and covered parking. Condo is good, the complex is not.

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, as stated on the reservation. But the management company at the property said 4-6pm. Leaving us in limbo for some time. Room was good, as described. Pools were over crowded and extremely dirty. And kept closing them for random durations. Facilities in general (public bathrooms, common areas, elevators, gym, lobby,etc..) were all extremely dirty.

Great view

Great place to stay with my adult family. Plenty of room and having a washer and dryer was a great benefit! The only part that was a disappointment was the beach. The commercial umbrella company holds 99% of the beach. If you do not rent their chairs you have no where to sit or if you get their chairs you could be 4 rows back from the water.

Great place to vacation!

Very nice condo with awesome view of the ocean!! Kids had a great time especially swimming at night in the heated pool. Only thing I might recommend for the condo itself is an area rug for the living room as my 17 month old spent most of her time on the floor playing when we weren’t at the beach. Otherwise beautiful condo with everything we needed! We especially appreciated the pool toys and chairs left by the owners for vacationers use. Thank you for a great time : )

Overall good. Pictures a little misleading

Only negative thing to say is that this condo is not directly looking out on the water. It’s 50/50. Overlooking the other condos and the beach.

Absolutely Perfect

Late making this review, actually just came back from 2nd stay here and absolutely LOVE it here!! We came in November week of Thanksgiving, and fell in love. Condo is absolutely perfect, the view is awesome, from living room and bedroom!! Kitchen is equiped with everything u need, i was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner!! We loved it so much we booked again this past weekend for my birthday trip, and a little warmer weather than November. It was perfection again!! Host is great and communication is quick!! We definitely recommend, and we will be back again for sure!!

Great condo

Great condo! Renter is great to work with and very responsive. only complaint is regarding the beach chairs on the beach. We had to get to the rental booth super early to get good chairs. Even then didn't get near the front. I advise to pay for 2 days of chairs so you can get bumped to the front the next day.
