Brooke cares about her guests!!! This season, we stayed in 2 different units at this resort with kids & grandkids. Unit layouts are similar with slight variations. Paint scheme made us feel the beach experience while feeling “home away from home”. Our family made great memories here. Yours will, too. Give Brooke a try!!!

The property needs updated. The paint was peeling, there was a popsicle stick on the nightstand, the dining table was sticky and the ice maker didn’t work. The host said she knew about the ice maker and we could go get ice from the 2nd floor.

Our first family vacation to Galveston and this place didn’t disappoint. Cascading pool was super fun for the kids. Lazy River with swim up bar was also very nice. Kids loved the free to play arcade.Would highly recommend the Chocolate Diamond to anyone looking for high end amenities and right on the beach

The facility was great as usual bit this was the least favorite condo out of my previous 9 stays. No ceiling fans. No shampoo/soap. Kitchen poorly equipped. Beds were comfortable but bedding was not. Shows to sleep 8 but only room for 5 comfortably.

Diamond Beach resort is a beautiful property will definitely go back. Chocolate Diamond Condo was not ready for us at 4pm I contacted host and she had cleaning crew come out. I guess they forgot we were coming. The drinking water system was not operational host said it had not been operational for a while. Ice maker in fridge was same. The Tv is not a smart tv so it takes 3 remotes to try to get a channel I would suggest buy a smart tv at Walmart with one remote. We had to get ice for condo from bar or front desk. I would definitely book a different condo for our next stay. Host did credit my account 200 but I would rather everything was as advertised.
