Beautiful condo with awesome view of the gulf. Resort swimming pools and lazy river we're incredible! Easy access to the beach and to shopping and restaurants in Galveston. Host was very responsive to communication; friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The resort itself was very nice, the condo needs attention as it was not what we expected, I have reached out to Vacasa with the problems and hopefully they will address them and bring it up to what people expect when spending the money we do for these places.

Great view. I believe that the condo could have been updated more for the price. The third bedroom was much smaller than the listing made it seem. Be ready to do some walking to access the pool and lazy river area. This condo is located at the east end of the complex. My daughter and her family stayed in one of the penthouse units and said it was a great unit. Wish we had spent the extra money and got a penthouse which was closer to the pool and the lazy river area and beach access as well.

The property was beautiful. The lazy river was fantastic. The beds were comfy and the location was close to the historic area of Galveston.

This property is exactly as described. The patio needs some work as the cushions are stained and the rugs ripped. We only had a problem with a missing TV changer, and the host did respond, but no one ever came to fix the TV in the master bedroom. Other than that, it was a great stay, and the property amenities are fabulous!

We enjoyed the room. The path to beach was alittle hard for seniors but we loved the water. Did not get covered parking so do not think that was right but weather was good so not a problem.

The check in process was not good due to not being able to check in early, even when we were told we could if we paid the 50 early check in fee. We were told they could not verify if the unit had been cleaned. The front desk staff was as helpful as they could be due to the check in procedures they were given. FYI - there are only two parking places and no ability to pay for an additional. The description states one in the garage but both are in the uncovered area. One of our family members had to park off site. The property itself is beautiful, the lazy river was great and the pool area was clean and well kept. Condo 506 has many issues with it. The walk to the unit is lengthy in case you have someone with limited mobility. We had 8 adults and the bed space was uncomfortable for us. The microwave was uncleaned, and there was a big cracked area on the burner of the stove. The sofa bed mattress was stained with what looked like blood and there was a stain on the couch itself. There is a crack in the bathtub by the wall in bathroom #2, causing water to pour out. There were ants in the living room in one corner, ceiling fan would not turn on and couch pillows were all shoved in a corner to block a window. Whenever I communicated with the online system, they responded timely but many of the issues could not be resolved immediately or during our stay. I recommend the resort itself but will be looking for a different condo.

We liked the unit, building amenities, and location, but the detailed touch to make the process and stay comfortable was lacking. The property management could be improved.

This unit needs a complete update and way better cleaning. All of the furniture except for the wall entertainment center in living room are torn up, dirty, coming apart. Dishes in the cabinets were very dirty, one glass full of mold. The towels in the bathrooms are extremely poor, white towels that have very obviously been washed 30 times too many. We figured out the stuff on the patio is NOT throw-up but maybe glue that's fallen from the roof - not sure. Sadly, the wall to wall windows looking out at the gulf are extremely dirty. Also note, you get 2 parking spots out in the lot - not in the garage. Check-in is on the 2nd floor, you go up in the elevator to check-in. The grounds, pool, lazy river are wonderful. Almost all the games in game room are broken but the gym is FANTASTIC! I only know that from a peak in, it really rivals a gym and if you're there and want to keep up your workout - don't miss it. The baby/little kid room, also, spectacular and a great place to take a little to play if not out on the beach or in the pool. There is another elevator, when you walk out of the unit, turn to the right, it's just a few doors down - just FYI, easier to load/unload. Overall - if above issues are addressed this is a wonderful place to stay. Don't miss the Tex-Mex place, Venados, up the road a bit in Jamaica Beach. The 10am checkout is very difficult so be aware and get ready the night before - also a reason to use the other elevator.

It was a very impressive property. The pool and lazy river were so nice we didn't even go to the beach. The apartment was okay however the second bedroom advertised a queen bed but it was only a double. Not ideal for two adults to share. Check-in was also an issue as the rental management company had not emailed the front desk to allow access. This caused us to wait in an unairconditioned lobby for about 45min.

The resort property itself was beautiful, and that’s the only reason this review gets 2 stars. Unfortunately, the suite we stayed in was very poorly maintained and fell far short of expectations.Upon arrival, the floors were dirty with sand, hair, and dust bunnies. The bedding had hair on it before we had even used it, and there was hair on the towels as well. After showering, I found a long black hair on my body from the towel—it wasn’t mine or any of my friends’, as we all have braids or short hair.The kitchen towel provided for removing items from the oven burned through, resulting in my friend getting a second-degree burn on two fingers. The dishes were dirty upon arrival, and the dishwasher contained unwashed items. The utensils were tarnished and should be replaced. The refrigerator’s water dispenser only produced room-temperature/warm water, so we purchased bottled water instead.The balcony was unusable due to its condition—trash left from previous guests, bird droppings on the glass, stained and dingy cushions, and dark yellow circles on the floor. This was especially disappointing as the balcony was one of the main reasons we booked this property.The WiFi did not work for 3 of our 4 days, requiring us to leave the premises to work. Two men eventually had to replace the WiFi box entirely, but by then most of our stay had passed.Overall, while the condo resort itself is amazing, the suite was not clean, comfortable, or accurately represented in the listing.
