Welcome to the beachfront Seascape Resort Condominiums! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This 3rd floor unit offers beach AND pool views from your private balcony. With queen bed in primary bedroom, recessed bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room, this unit sleeps 6 guests. The primary bedroom includes a recessed wall TV, platform bed with memory foam bedding, built-in end tables, ship lap wall, and plantation blinds. Soak up the sights and sounds from your balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable and Wi-Fi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors. Quick 5-minute drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens.



THINGS TO KNOW



* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the third floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

We love the property because it has everything. Pool, ocean front, great staff and family friendly. The unit was clean, perfect size for 4 of us, had a storage closet with all the beach necessities which was a blessing. We always stay here when we come to Galveston. We’ll be back next year!

The condo was so pleasant! This was our first time taking our 3 year old to the beach and she loved it!! The condo was clean with a nice ocean view. The beach and pool access was stress free.

The only reason I could not give a 5 star review was due to the rust and peeling paint inthe stairwells. That was a little unsettling. The condo and grounds were well tended and comfortable

STAY. STAY, STAY! I can not say enough amazing things to tell you how AMAZING & what a GOLD MINE this property is, if it is not booked!!! THE BED IS HEAVENLY! You are directly on the water, the view is just breathtaking, and there is just enough amazing things I can say to tell you, do. not. miss. this! There is safety on property, and you just can not ask for more. They provide so much to make your stay enjoyable. But Walmart your needs, and just relax. or if your a frequent like us, head over to your fav stop and eat and get some food! No wrong way! But both are safe!

The view was great. The listing was accurate, with easy check in and communication with the host. My son loved the pool and we were hard pressed to get him out of it. We had an enjoyable time.

Amazing stay!! The best location, beach access right out the doors, great pool and kiddie pool for babies, super clean, comfy beds, and host was very accommodating! Perfect spot for a weekend away or more!

I had a wonderful little get a way at the Seascape condo! Jessica is a great hostess and the condo was clean and well decorated. The view was great, and the beach was clean. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape! The condo had everything that we needed. It was great not having to cross the road to get to the beach and having an elevator in the complex came in handy.
