The Cottage offers the true essence of the "shore", quaint and yet spacious. Located directly behind the main house, it offers privacy and seclusion.
Florida Room is a bright and cheery open concept with windows on 3 sides. Comfortable seating arrangement provides for watching Satellite TV, a movie, reading a book, or browsing on your computer with our Wireless Internet. The open concept allows for TV viewing from the table with direct access to the downstairs bedroom.
The galley style kitchen has full size appliances and is stocked with everything you would need for shore cooking. Equipped with microwave, microwave toaster, coffee maker, dishes, sliver & glassware for 6, wine glasses, general pots & pans & cooking utensils. Seating for 6 and is directly off the kitchen.
Upstairs Bedroom - 4 Twin Beds, AC, Satellite TV
This spacious room has 4 twin beds separated by night stand with reading lamps. It has its own AC w/remote control and satellite TV w/premium channels. There is ample storage with a double dresser, chest of drawers and a large closet. Each bed has a mattress pad, pillow, comforter and summer blanket.
2 Gas Grills - Outdoor shower - Wash & Dryer access - Outdoor seating
Optional Services - $150 Linens & Towels (6 bath, 2 hand, 1 wash + 6 beach towels w/tote)

Conti Family Shore History
These houses were originally built in the early 1940’s by Harry & Ada Conti. Both families immigrated to the United States when they were young children. They were proud, hardworking people who appreciated the opportunities this country offered. Throughout the years, there were 4 properties, 72 O Street was the original. We are proud to be third generation Conti’s on the Jersey shore.
As most properties in Seaside, additions were done whenever possible, the end results being the “charm” of summer cottages. We have as many creature comforts as possible while still maintaining the “shore” charm.
Throughout the years, our family has been blessed with many fond memories of “summers down the shore”. We hope you enjoy your time here and take home your own fond memories.
