Thank you so much for your kind review! We are thrilled to hear that you found the apartment comfortable and enjoyed our great location. We sincerely apologize again for the issue with the heating during your stay. Thank you so much for the fantastic and detailed review! We are thrilled that you loved the location and found it so convenient for walking to the Duomo and the Accademia, as well as enjoying the local cafes and tram access right outside. As you mentioned, being in an authentic, historic Florentine building means sharing the space with local residents, but we are so glad the bedroom fans provided a quick and easy solution for a peaceful night's rest. You were wonderful guests, and we would be absolutely delighted to host you again on your next trip to Florence!

An easy 5-star rating from my side.

Thank you for your feedback! We are so glad you enjoyed the convenient location and the easy access to the parking garage. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the check-in delay; we understand how valuable your time is, especially when traveling. While we understand the convenience of self-check-in, we prefer to meet our guests in person. We believe this is the best way to uphold the original spirit of these platforms, offering you a more personal welcome and the opportunity to meet a local who can provide insider tips to help you make the most of your time in the city. We appreciate your patience, and we would love the chance to host you again for an even smoother experience next time!

Such a wonderful hosting experience for us. We do require guests to throw own garbage to avoid smelling If the unit were to remain empty for a day or more. Also, trash left out may attract unwanted bugs or animal In general.
