Regarding the kitchen supplies, we had placed a brand-new box of additional dishes and silverware in the pantry in advance to accommodate your larger group, and we communicated this to you prior to and during your stay. The home does include stairs, which are shown in the listing photos and description prior to booking. For easier access, there is also a single-step entrance on the left side of the home, which we recommend for guests who may need it. When you reached out about the sauna, we promptly sent a maintenance professional to inspect it during your stay, and he confirmed that it was operating correctly at that time. We always aim to be responsive and proactive when concerns arise, and we’re sorry that your experience still fell short. Your feedback is valuable and will help us continue improving for future guests.
