Great location at the top of Munjoy Hill, walkable to Eastern Promenade and Old Port. Hosts were responsive, and unit is clean and well-maintained. Nice to stay in a neighborhood.

Property was great. Very roomy and clean. Also very walkable to a bunch of cool spots. Jason was super responsive and accommodating as well. Would recommend!

The property is centrally located and super convenient for seeing all that Portland has to offer. Everything was clean, neat, and organized, and the goats were very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend checking this place out on your next trip to Portland!

May be cliche to say ‘a home away from home’, but these hosts and their property nail it. Unit unquestionably clean and hosts immediately responsive. A free parking spot right at the property. So many nice and thoughtful touches from a fully appointed coffee bar to welcome beverage and snacks. Some may argue that’s no big deal, but I believe it’s the mark of someone who cares. The unit is extremely spacious and I cannot think of anything we would suggest to improve. They have a wonderful binder on-site full of local information and when I had a question, they responded to me in no time. If you’re in the area and need a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, you will find it here. Thank you Jason and Megan for sharing your place.

Beautiful, large apartment with full, lovely kitchen, great living room and large bedroom with comfortable bed. Bathroom comfortable.Amazing attention to detail in every aspect of this stay. Meagan has her act together big time and staying here was perfect with parking, fabulous location and very responsive.Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location of this property was fantastic! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The property looked to be recently remodeled and was nice and clean. The other units in the property were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. We didn't need to communicate with the hosts during our stay, but the check-in information and the welcome binder was informational and detailed. I would fully recommend this property to anyone staying in the Portland area!

Weekend in Portland

We had a group of 4 adults and felt very comfortable in Jason and Megan’s home. The place was very clean and well kept, and they provided everything we needed for our stay and even more that we did not need to use!! This apartment is perfect for a small group getaway and was easily walkable to get around all Munjoy Hill and Downtown Portland. We have absolutely no complaints!!

Great location for many interests, not limited to breweries and Old Port. The property is equipped to meet most needs. Host rectified a small issue we had immediately.

Charming, serene, calm, pretty, quiet apartment. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The area is beautiful--walk to the park (with beach), the maritime tower (with 360 views), restaurants, admire historic houses. A longer walk (still less than a mile) takes you to the downtown old port area, or beyond (a mile) to the movie theater, Victorian Mansion and Art Museum. It's well worth it to walk since parking down there is expensive (70 / day in some lots; street parking is better but harder to find near the shops). Grocery stores require a short drive, but are manageable. If you have an EV, the slow, leave-your-car-while-you're-out EV chargers are an easy stroll away; a big fast supercharger station open to all EVs is just outside town. Hosts are responsive and helpful, and we loved the serenity and beauty of the place. Recommend highly!

This place was great for my girlfriend and I for a little getaway to Portland. Located just outside of downtown, it was perfect for us with some breweries a walk away. No central air unfortunately, and the window AC was not mounted when we entered the property. Our hosts got on that right away to help us out. They were great with communication. A great spot to stay in Portland
