This condo is located on Hutchinson Islands in a Beach Front Community called Ocean Village.
Ocean Village is a Gated Ocean Front community, with onsite Golf, Tennis, Pool, Spa and of course 3500 feet of private beach access is steps away. The condo is steps to the Ocean, but not Ocean Front. We are on the second floor of a three story building with an elevator. Come relax We offer a Spacious with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, that sleeps 4, but we also have a double high air mattress if needed.

Brand New King Size Bed in Master Bedroom - with beautiful beachy plank style Tile Floor
Master Bath has seated shower with a separate handheld shower.

The Screened Lanai is overlooking the 8th fairway
Excellent amenities include: multiple pools, 9-hole golf course, restaurant, Tiki bar, beautiful brand new Community clubhouse with new work out facility, sitting area and porch. You can enjoy the lots of onsite activities, like Tennis, and Golf. Other activities include Bocce Ball, Shuffle Board, and Basket ball which are available to rent onsite for a small fee.
Plenty do in the town of Fort Pierce including waterfront dining, fishing, boating, Theater, and the best farmers market around. We are located 2 hours from Orlando and even closer to Coco Beach and the space coast. Also visit the close by towns of Stuart and Vero within a 30 minute drive. If you like Major League baseball, spring training in March is nearby The NY Mets play in Port St Lucie and many others in play in Jupiter at Roger Dean Stadium or the ballpark in the palm beaches, which also offers minor league baseball at a good price all season long.
Our barrier Island is a great place to ride a bike with 18 miles of beautiful views. Bike rentals available on the island. Everything you need is provided for you, from Beach chairs, (both High and Low) Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Waterproof Beach Blanket, coolers, and Water Jugs.
Come be our Guest, Relax and Unwind.
Pets allowed with a 30 days rental.

We have been married for over 40 years, we got married very young by today's standards, we were only 20 years old, when we knew that we were meant for each other. We both grew up in NJ, and we both loved the shore. We actually met on the beach in NJ. We still live in NJ, today with our 4 beautiful children, and grandchildren. We love Ocean Village because it has it all. Tennis, Golf, Beach Pool, and Tiki Bar. As well as daily activities. Always something fun to do.

We found this property while my husband was traveling for work. We had stayed at numerous condo's up and down the east coast for his job or mine. Most condo's are alike but this one is different, the people here are friendly, and most have worked hard all their life and use this place as a retreat. Ocean Village offers many more amenities then most, with a onsite Golf Course, Tennis, Bocci Ball, Shuffle Board, and even Basket Ball. It has a onsite Gym, Sauna and Hot Tub, as well as a kiddie pool. There is so much to do here, you will love it as much as we do. This community is very active, with daily activities if you would like to participate.

The Town of Ft Pierce has a beautiful Marina, and Pier, It offers plenty of places to rent Kayak's, paddle boats, chartered boats, and Party boats. We are within 25 minutes of Pt St Lucie, where The NY Mets do spring training is held in March. The Treasure Coast has beautiful sandy beaches, with miles of wide coastline to stroll along, to look for shells, or sea glass. We have protected Sea Turtles from Sept to March
