You’ll have access to the entire two-bedroom suite, Old Spanish House A: Vivian Suite, located on the first level and accommodating up to 4 guests. The suite is wheelchair accessible, and a small ramp is available if needed. You’ll also enjoy access to a cozy fire pit area—perfect for relaxing during your stay. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, and any additional occupants or vehicles require prior approval. Golf carts are also available to rent ($150 a day), offering a fun and easy way to explore the area.

Please note that the setting is active rather than secluded, and guests should expect some ambient noise, light, and nearby business activity at times. This first-floor, one-level suite has a wheelchair ramp available upon request for the property entrance. Please contact us before booking if you have specific accessibility needs so we can confirm the space is a good fit. The property is equipped with blackout curtains; however, exterior lighting remains on overnight for guest safety and security, and some light may still enter the suite. Your comfort and safety come first—every piece of bedding is carefully cleaned before your arrival. This smoke-free property is monitored by exterior security cameras. If you’re hoping to check in early or sleep in a bit later, we offer early check-in or late checkout for $50/hr, up to four hours and based on availability.
