This 2,700-square-foot home is the ideal lake escape, offering optimal outdoor living and direct access to the water. Fish, swim, splash, and laugh from the home's private pier before enjoying a lakeside lunch at the picnic table. If you prefer more adventure, take one of the provided kayaks out to explore the lake! Nestled within the High Point community, 'Reel Relaxed' also grants you access to several neighborhood amenities, including tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Inside the home, guests can stay entertained with either of the 2 flat-screen TVs with Comcast or ROKU. You can also take an old school approach and break out the board games. When hunger strikes, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare hearty feasts for your group. Be sure to take advantage of the spacious deck overlooking the lake, which is fully furnished with a gas grill and outdoor dining set for the ultimate afternoon BBQs! The lower level game room was tailor-made for entertaining. Gather around the gas fireplace for a family game night, challenge your companions to a game of pool, or simply kick back with a tasty cocktail crafted at the wet bar.
Although you'll have plenty of fun at your fingertips with this home's lakeside location, there's plenty more to explore around the area! Head over to Smith Mountain Lake State Park less than 15 minutes away for swimming, boat rentals, a boat ramp, and a universally accessible fishing pier. You'll also find an amphitheater, camping, and miles of trails to explore!
Want something a little more low key? Ramulous Ridge and Hickory Hill Vineyards are located just minutes away from the home and offer tastings of their locally made wines! If the greens and fairways are more appealing, hit the links at any of the surrounding public golf courses, such as Mariners Landing. This home has a steep walkway to the dock with 100 stairs.

Floater dock is 27 feet with two cleats. Guests can tie up to floater provided but cannot park in, under or around the lift.

We do not allow events or parties. This includes but is not limited to: weddings, showers, work retreats, graduation parties, parties. No furniture may be placed
on the lawn. No tape or pins permitted on walls or house. Failure to comply can result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to check-in date is a 100% refund.
14-29 days prior to check-in date is a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check-in there is no refund.
