We had a great stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake, and being able to walk to a nearby restaurant was an added bonus. The property was just as described and had everything we needed for a great stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely rent this property again!

Really nice location on a beautiful lake. Newly renovated house was really nice. Last minute changes on locations of pull out couch caused some last minute hassles but overall a great house and a great location.

We had an amazing time at Patrick’s house! The house was very clean and a ton of renovations were done the pictures in the listing don’t do it any justice. Our pups loved the screened in porch with all the ceiling fans. Can’t wait to return.

This vacation home was absolutely amazing. It was very unique with plenty of space. Especially love the large screened in porch. This home smelled clean and fresh as we entered. The house was immaculate.The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very approachable and responded quickly with any questions. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation to relax and enjoy the beautiful view..

Great spot for our family trip. Convenient location, close to marinas for boat rentals, deep water for swimming, the no wake zone was perfect for kayaking and our kids loved fishing from the dock. We also enjoyed the ice cream boat passing by regularly. The rental process and communication with the owner was excellent. He was very responsive to our questions. The house was as pictured, clean and provided plenty of space and comfort for our family group of 10. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to others.

Upon arrival and inspection of the house we noticed the upstairs towel bar hanging from the wall and downstairs shower curtain all ripped. Also the bedrooms were not arranged the same way as the listing stated, nor were the size of the beds as described. The next morning we checked the bbq grill and noticed it was completely unclean and covered in greasy food. The propane tank was also empty and no replacement tank. Inside the kitchen we noticed a bag of bagels had a hole in it and one of the bagels was chewed on by a rodent. We contacted owner and he gave us 100 reimbursement for the propane tank and mouse traps. He admitted there was a previous mouse problem. Throughout the week there was an abundance of dropping on the counter tops, stove and even the utensils draw. We had to sanitize everything daily before use. The rules of the house were disclosed the morning of rental that any garbage left after Thursday would have to be taken to the dump about 10-15 mins away. They only left 1 garbage can to a rental of 10 people for a week. The upstairs toilet bowl kept running and I had to take the top lid off and fix the flapper multiple times. The water was sulfur smelling and was never informed about it. The ceiling fans had a ton of caked up dust all over them like they had never been cleaned. The kitchen table had a ton of food stuck in the middle of it and was never cleaned. There is also food splatter all over the table and benches.

I am sorry that your rental experience did not meet your expectations. You did contact me the first morning of your stay with concerns over the propane in the grille and concerns with a possible mouse in the house. We agreed to reimburse you for the propane tank and mouse traps. We had never had an issue with mice before your complaint and of note your traps never caught the mouse you claim was in the house after a full week of the traps being placed. You also neglected to mention the other concerns you stated in your review when you stayed at the house even when you had my contact information. If you would have raised your concerns to me about cleanliness/ trash I would have been happy to send the cleaning crew to the house to remediate the issues. Instead you waited until 8 days after you left your stay to send you concerns in an attempt to get a free stay. Once again, any concerns about the rental should have been communicated to the host and we would have been happy to address them.
