We do events and parties so we have our booking available for one day stays, but for a vacation rental our minimum is two nights.

Enjoy seeing the whales migrating, dolphins jumping, and sea lions basking in the sun. This is nature at it's best!

Lounge by the saltwater pool on the overstuffed chaises, take in the magnificent sunsets from the spa, float on a raft and recharge, or just curl up by the wood burning fireplace and enjoy the spellbinding views from the picture windows. You won't find another place like this.

The unique location away from other neighbors and lights allows you to take in shooting stars at night and nap in peace under one of the shade pavilions.

The beds and linens are top notch, the state of the art entertainment system allows for music throughout and outside. Flat screen TV's are everywhere. It's fully air conditioned for the rare occasion when the sea breeze is not cooperating. High speed WiFi, Satellite TV with all the premium channels, top of line appliances and kitchenware, and luxury furnishings are what you'll find throughout.

There are incredible hiking trails and you can hike right from the house with views over the water without seeing another person for hours. We can guide you to some of our secret hikes that consistently wow our guests!

Say hello to Zippy, our resident road runner, or the little grey fox that visits in the evenings. Catch a family of deer grazing in the grass, or spend some time watching the hummingbirds buzz around the garden.

This gated property has a full alarm system with alarm screens that allow you to enjoy the fresh air while the house is monitored for the security conscious.

We have security cameras for safety but they are only outside. The cameras around the house are turned off when guests are renting the house. There is one camera at the bottom of our driveway by the gate and the road, about 300 feet from the house, and we normally leave that one on for guest safety, but we're happy to turn it off if at our guests request.

The understated landscape lighting at night is beautiful and if you're an early riser you'll be treated to both a magical sunrise, and a spectacular sunset each day and evening while you're staying at Deer Creek Ridge.
