Stunning views from all upstairs windows, beautiful decor, and walkable to the beach and market. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend 100%. Host was very accessible and gracious!

The host was wonderful, access was easy, terrific location and incredibly clean home. The layout worked well for our group of 6 and we hope to stay again on our next trip to Malibu!

We loved staying here. It was a nice, quiet community that felt very safe. The restaurants and grocery options nearby were great, and the beach was so close, with a beautiful view from the house's balconies! The property had beach chairs, boogie boards, balls and toys- my kids loved playing on the lawn also.

Excellent and best point of view on this property

Fantastic staying with comfortable bedding and full facilities in kitchen, and great sea viewing , definitely suitable for family staying and will come back in next time

The house is in a perfect location—walking distance to Zuma beach as well as a grocery store and some restaurants and shops. The house is nicely laid out for our family of five, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect Family Home

Great family feel and neighborhood close to excellent beaches and shopping. James was attentive and responsive and the house was clean and comfortable.

Great location in Malibu

Great location near beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Nice yard with beautiful landscaping. Spacious house with wonderful kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. Host was good communicator. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Wonderful home. Responsive host. Beautiful views. Short walk to beach. Need to cross Pacific Coast Highway to get to beach and there is a traffic light to cross.

Delightful!

Wonderful house with everything you need. Our family of 4 (plus dog) greatly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Excellent location is a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to the beach, a market and a few restaurants. The views are beautiful. James was easy to communicate with (super quick responses) and flexible. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for a perfect vacation! Great location with amazing views. The hosts are very responsive and beyond accommodating. This home is beautiful, very clean and pet friendly in a quiet neighborhood near Zuma beach. Can't wait to go back!
