At the front of the home, a comfortable living area creates a quieter place to read, catch up, or get a little work done. A dedicated desk and workspace make it especially useful for guests settling in for a longer stay.

Toward the back of the home, the main living room sits just off the kitchen and is designed for everyday gathering. Settle in around the fireplace and TV, with a large window framing views of the backyard and golf course beyond.

The brand-new private pool and 6-person hot tub anchor the space, while a small patch of grass with lounge chairs gives you another spot to enjoy the Arizona sunshine. A comfortable outdoor sitting area creates an easy place for morning coffee or evening conversation.

When it's time to eat outside, there’s outdoor dining for six and a built-in outdoor kitchen, making dinner on the patio every bit as appealing as eating indoors.

As the sun goes down, the fully lit backyard becomes a peaceful evening retreat. Put on some music, settle into the hot tub, and enjoy the golf-course views from your own backyard.
Pool and hot tub heating is available for $75 per day with a 2-day minimum ($150 per stay). Please request heating in advance so it can be prepared for your stay.

Guest Access

🔑 Guests have private access to the home, including all three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, both living areas, dining spaces, laundry room, backyard, pool, and hot tub.
Driveway and garage parking are available, giving you convenient parking throughout your stay.

Self check-in is provided through a smart lock, with your access code sent before arrival. There are no shared spaces within the property.
Eligible guests may also walk to nearby clubhouses or golf courses within The Grand.
