Our Cape House is open and airy It has 3 bedrooms inside and an electrified cabin, the 'forth bedroom' adjacent to the house next to the back yard. There is a large deck, 16' x 40', which includes a very nice, spacious hot and cold outdoor shower. There is a generous back yard with a cable dog run and a 90' x 7' privacy fence behind it.

We are very conveniently located for shopping while avoiding summer traffic. We are 8 minutes along the ocean to a 'small Walmart', Shaws, Stop and shop, CVS, etc., 12 minutes to downtown Falmouth, a popular and delightful center of activity.

Great Pond, Falmouth's largest estuary, is a 300' walk from the house and has a walking trail along its bank. The Great Harbors club house, tennis courts, large outdoor pool, and kiddy pool are a 1/5 mile wailk from the house. Pool fees are extra, but this season I'll pay $100 towards them, as a nod to any new Guests I may have. Four beautiful Town beaches are between 1 and 4 miles away.

We have wonderful birds, few insects, quiet evenings, cooling ocean breezes at night, and good sleeping! This is a great spot! The House is on a small circle with little traffic.
