Great property for our little beach vacation. Nice and close to the beach, easy walk, and the house had all the beach, equipment and toys we needed. Clean and updated.

Place was super nice. Lots of places to hang out outside (balcony, roof deck, back patio with hot tub). Spacious kitchen/dining/living area. 30 second walk from the beach. Washer/Dryer and Fridge in the garage area was really convenient. Overall my family had a great time.

My family and I were very happy with our stay this past week. The house was very clean! The accommodations were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone both inside and out. The rooftop deck was great for sunsets. The covered porch was nice at night as well as the backyard with bbq. The kitchen had everything you needed. There was even plenty of beach toys and chairs/umbrellas in case you forgot yours. Being five houses from the beach was great! Renzo the host was easy to reach and responded immediately. This was our first time at LBI. We were very happy with our choice and will be back! I would give the entire home and host 5 stars!!!

Could not have found a better place to stay in LBI. Great location! House was immaculate and had all the essentials needed. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay and so close to the shore. Had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable for a family get together. The hot tub was great and the outdoor shower was super convenient. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend and definitely would come back again.

Brant Beach 5 houses from the beach

We have stayed at this location for two years in a row. Everything you need for the beach is here and in good use. I would recommend this house for a lovely family/beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house, so easy to get to the beach and with a delightful jacuzzi! The top floor kitchen opening to the balcony drew everyone together, and we loved the rooftop dining area. The host was responsive and great, thank you!!!

Quick stay.... great place.l!

New clean beach house. I only came in for one nightI never stayed at Brant beach before but was pleasantly pleased with the beach, restaurants , and people in the area. Loved the roof top deck... such a great place!!

Great LBI Beach house!

Wonderful, clean beach house with everything you need to have a great time! Proximity to beach, well-appointed kitchen & beach accessories, making it very easy for renter to kick back & enjoy! Renzo, the property manager was very responsive & helpful, looking forward to coming back!

Great house and location!

We stayed for two weeks and had a great time! Renzo was very accommodating and so easy to get in touch with for any questions I had. The house was very clean and is exactly like this listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Easy walk to the beach, breakfast bagel shop very close, short drive to grocery store and about a 15 min drive to Fantasy Island/Bay Village entertainment area. House was very clean and kitchen had all the necessities.

Beautiful home just needed to be cleaned better , not enough plastic wear , should specify how many steps in house . Owner was very nice .

Clean house and great location

We had a great experience at the house. The house is very clean and exceeded our expectations Renzo was very nice and answered all our questions. Just steps from the beach. Beautiful house with all the amenities including rooftop deck. My family didn’t want to leave. We will be renting again.

A beautiful,newer, well-maintained house with a perfect layout!! Bedrooms and full baths on one floor and kitchen,dining room, and living room on the next floor. Even had a full bathroom on that same floor, perfect for washing up before dinner and entertaining. The roof deck was great for dinner some nights as you can see the sunset on the bayside or have coffee as you watch the sunrise in the morning by the ocean!! Also had a jacuzzi with an outdoor shower in the back that my kids loved to hop in after a long day at the beach! Renzo was a perfect host asking if we needed anything throughout our trip. Would definitely book again!!

Perfect Location, Nice Amenities

We had a terrific stay here, finding the amenities even better than listed. Great layout, with a terrific kitchen / living space opening to the covered patio with stairs to the widows watch. The back courtyard (with new grill and nice Jacuzzi) was great as a post-beach hangout. Airy, clean bedrooms, lots of extra bedpillows. The garage offers a great debarcation point for beach, bike rides, etc and is stocked with 9 beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas and various sized beach bikes. Quick access to the house from the Rt 72 bridge with lots of food options a nearby walk, bike or ride. VERY QUIET street - felt like our own enclave. Renzo was a very responsive host, literally answered questions we had within minutes. An all around great rental.

Most equipped home I've ever rented from VRBO.

The kitchen lacked bowls, no measuring cup, no broom. had to go out and purchase kitchen dish towels. The grill was filthy and there was no outside cloths line. There were a lack of hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole house was full of sand in every room and even on two of the beds.

Hello, I wish you would have told me when you had arrived. These items could have be provided if asked. The cleaning service would have returned on their dime to re-clean the house. It’s hard to correct it if unaware. Regards Renzo

Location, location, location!

My husband, children, and parents had a wonderful stay at this brand new, immaculately clean condo! You absolutely cannot beat the location-the house is on a beach street and is only a 2 minute walk to a gorgeous beach! We also enjoyed morning walks to Ferrara’s bakery for DELICIOUS donuts and amazing iced coffee. Ferrara’s is right next door to Faria’s-they have really nice clothes and beach accessories. We star-gazed on the rooftop deck and ate ice cream on the deck off of the kitchen. This reverse living property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor and a kitchen/sitting room and bathroom on the third floor. There is a lovely garage for storing your beach gear as well as an outdoor shower. Overall, an exceptional rental, not to mention Renzo, the owner, was incredibly responsive to our needs and quickly addressed any questions we had!

Bed quilts/comforters were visibly dirty and some of the pillows had blood stains. Not acceptable. Property location was very good. Property decor was a hodgepodge of mismatched pieces - expected more given the cost

Hello everyone! My family and I first discovered LBI about 10 years ago. We Live in North Beach and recently bought a Sandy house which we knocked down and are building 2 brand new townhomes in Brant beach. The homes are 5 houses from the beach entrance. Its a perfect location with shops in walking distance.
