Your family will love this comfortably furnished bayfront beach home with a spacious deck, beautiful water views, and unforgettable sunsets. Located on the second floor of a duplex, this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Long Beach Island getaway.

The property sits directly on the bay and is only one short block from the ocean, giving you easy access to both the beach and the bay. Spend your mornings by the water, your afternoons on the sand, and your evenings enjoying the warm breeze and gorgeous sunset views from the large bayfront deck.

For your convenience, we provide 4 beach badges, beach chairs, and access to a shared kayak at no additional cost. The kayak can be launched right from the backyard, making it easy to enjoy time on the bay. The nearby beach is wide, well-maintained, and has lifeguards on duty during the high season.

Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen includes everything you need for meals at home, and the living area features a comfortable sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. Two bedrooms have queen beds with newer, high-quality mattresses, and the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The deck also has gates for added convenience.

Additional features include a gas BBQ grill, washer and dryer located downstairs in the garage area, and a dog-friendly policy. Please note that linens and towels are not provided.

The location is ideal, with restaurants, shops, ice cream, a liquor store, food store, and gift shops all within a short walk. Daddy O is just a few streets away and is well known for its restaurant and happy hour. Mini golf, fishing equipment, kayak rentals, surfboards, and jet ski rentals are also nearby.

Whether you are sipping your morning coffee by the bay, enjoying a beach day with sandy feet, kayaking from the backyard, or dining outside on the deck with a glass of wine at sunset, this home offers everything you need for a peaceful and memorable LBI vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The deck and amazing views of the bay are the highlights of this property. It’s also just a block to the beach with easy crossing at the traffic light.

Great stay! Beautiful and clean house. The view of the bay sunsets from the deck was amazing! It’s a short walk to the beach and the house has some beach games and nice beach chairs.

We loved our stay here. Getting to watch the sunset every evening was such a nice way to end the day. The walk to the beach was short and quick despite being on the bay.

Great Stay

Amazing view of sunsets on the bay, quick walk to the ocean. Property was right near everything, my wife, children (6 + 1) and I had a really great stay, highly recommend the property.

Family vacation on LBI

Loved our time on LBI! House was in a great location! Bay front, with easy one-block walk to the beach. We took advantage of the kayak and fire pit, and we grilled two delicious dinners! Inside was cozy, room with bunk beds was very small. We had a wonderful stay!

Cozy house in a great location

We booked this house for our wedding as we were having it LBI. Viktoriya was very responsive and help full before, throughout, and even after the stay. The house is in an ideal location. Will most likely stay again at some point.

Beautiful Sunsets

This was a cozy escape right on the bay. The sunset each night was fantastic! It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of living space for 3 adults The only complaint would be the noise from the busy road. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful LBI home. Quick walk to the beach with unbeatable views of the sunset on the bay. The house itself was very comfortable with more than enough room to fit our family. The beds/mattresses were pleasant to sleep on and we really enjoyed having dinners on the outside deck. Brant Beach

Not too bad of a stay. Nice proximity to the beach but bay access was lacking and too many damned mosquitos. They would do well to build a dock on the bay.Their definite strength is the alacrity of their communication response, which may be their strategy to allay concerns and beguile the easy going travelers.

I’m sorry you feel that way. We always try to rush to address guests' concerns, even very minor ones, because we live locally. We’ve had many compliments on our home. The view is amazing. Almost the entire property is little stones which prevents insects, though no matter where you are on the island, if the wind blows west, you have insects. Most don’t have a problem on the decks with insects because they are elevated above the ground floor. On two sides of the home the perimeter is the natural habitat. I’ve had many, many guests compliment us for it. They say when they wake up with their coffee or watch the sunset on the decks, they absolutely love it. Because they work hard all year, it’s so relaxing watching and listening to the birds (ducks, egrets, etc...) or hearing the reeds blowing in the breeze. I was told by the bulkhead company that the moment I install it, all of nature would be destroyed by the waves crashing against it. That is why we have stone to absorb the waves. We are one of the last bayfront duplexes in Brant Beach. We don’t advertise a dock. If I can make a suggestion, look for one that does.

This unit was absolutely perfect for a long weekend girls trip with my mom and daughter. It had everything we needed and was super clean upon arrival. The location is great in relation to the beach which is a short walk from the unit. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck overlooking the bay—the sunsets are AMAZING! Being an 2nd floor unit, it has a lot of steps, definitely got my daily steps in easily, but worth noting for elderly or if you bring pets. Our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond!! We will not hesitate returning for our next trip.

Perfect in every way

From stunning sunsets to ease of getting to the beach, this property delivered on all you need for a great LBI vacation. Traveling with a baby meant less room for beach items, but because Kevin provided chairs, an umbrella and even boogie boards, he had that covered for us. The added bonus of being on the bay with kayaks meant opportunities for even more fun!!! Thanks Kevin and Viktoriya allowing us to have a wonderful time

Our Beach Vacation

We had a great time at your lovely beach house. I loved that my dog was able to come with us too. We loved the deck in the AM/PM the views were lovely!! Only comments would be getting to the beach to kayak was a bit hazardous the rocks were unsteady would be nice to have a stable walkway to get back and forth. And the bedroom with bunk beds didnt have adequate clothing storage. Other than that we loved everything and had a wonderful time! Thank you.

Our stay was great. Thank you. The only thing that I found negative was the late ability of getting in. Unless you own hundreds of properties and only hire one cleaning organization it should not take til 400 pm to go in. Also this is a pet friendly unit so I know owner is aware people travel far pets are not allowed on beach so your first day is a wash out. The day you leave is sooo early 10 am but no cleaners come til late because of your 4 pm entrance rule so why do we have to leave early ?so you lose another day because you can’t bring pets on beach and you can’t stay there. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay but really it’s a five day stay not seven . Thank you june

The evening show! and more...

As a long time visitor to LBI, I knew the Island and location well so I was happy for this location where you can walk to many places and be close to both the beach and the bay. My reasons for choosing this property were: 1. The bay front view. 2. The ability to bring my pup 3. The rental cost. And this property did not disappoint!! Going in with an understanding that the structure is one of the older more traditional properties, we just wanted clean and accessible and that is what we got. The top deck view of the evening sunset is amazing. I brought my own cushions for the Adirondack deck chairs which we were glad we did because we spent two hours out there every night. You can start your morning with some quick kayaking and then walk to the beach. The owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys. The house is clean and rooms have beachy decor. The deck has a gate so pups or kids cannot fall down the steep stairs. The owners were very quick to reply via text to all questions. We were glad to have spent some time here. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

The bay front house was wonderful. A great spot close to the ocean and on the bay. Perfect for paddleboarding and sunsets. A wonderful way to spend a vacation week. Plenty of off street parking. Very centrally located. Dogs allowed was key for us. Loved it!!

The view !!!

My husband, my dog and I had a great time at this little gem tucked away in October. The view of the bay from the living area and deck is to die for . I never tired of it. The beach is 1 block away so the location is amazing. We cooked in the more than ample kitchen almost every night. We had a fabulous time away!

Extended Stay on LBI

2nd fl duplex was clean and had all we needed. Views of bay were amazing . A block walk to beach - crossing busy main road - house is in between 2 lights which made crossing manageable . Overall it met our needs to extend our stay but somewhat busy noisy road . Walkable to Daddios .

2nd Floor Bay Front Rental

We really enjoyed our week at this property! The unit was lovely, clean and spacious. The deck views of the bay and sunset were awesome! The beach was such a short walk as well. It was the perfect location to enjoy both the bay and the beach. The only downside is that this property does not have a dock - so the only access to the bay is over rocks and onto the marsh at low tide. A dock would have been preferable to enter the bay for us, but other than that we loved our stay!
