The house was very clean and proximity to the beach was awesome. Rooftop deck has gorgeous views. The host is very responsive to inquiries.

Home was just as described. Prime location. Close to beach. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Owner very responsive to any questions you have. I had a question and within seconds owner responded. My wife and I had a great getaway for the weekend. We definitely would come back. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful family vacation! Ron was helpful and responsive. It is a lovely home, with a great rooftop deck and perfect location. Pet-friendly was a plus for us!

The Perfect Getaway

Ron and Kathleen were wonderful hosts. So accommodating to our schedule and even extended our checkout so that we enjoyed a beautiful day on the beach. The house was clean, organized, and in a perfect location on LBI.

perfect beach house

The house was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location just steps from the beach. The roof top deck was a great place to have your coffee watching the sun come up in the morning. Ron was a pleasure to rent from and I will definitely rent this house again. Can't wait to come back again!

Great house! Great location! Great week in LBI! The owner was so helpful and very responsive. The rooftop deck was awesome. The house was perfect for our stay. Can’t wait to book it again.

Great place and location

Ron was great as far as any information needed, even though everything was as stated in description on VRBO. Location right in Ship Bottom was great, and very short walk to the beach. The best for us was the rooftop deck! Awesome view, and pleasantly surprised there was the kite festival on same street , which we could watch from rooftop. Will definitely stay again.

Best views and steps from the beach!

Beautiful home and great location! House was immaculate when we got there and only 2 houses down from the beach entrance. Walking distance to food and shops. Our favorite part of the house was the rooftop deck. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing from there!

Long Easter Weekend in LBI

The house is very well maintained, clean and has modern amenities. Ron is wonderful to work with and very helpful. We enjoyed the beach, the bay, climbing the lighthouse, mini golf and wonderful food on the island. Great relaxing and stress relieving long weekend! Thank you!

Great house!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! Ron was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area. Our family had a wonderful time and created many cherished memories. The rooftop was a delightful feature, and the house was in excellent condition. Highly recommended!

Great location! Wonderful stay!

What a peaceful week! Quiet street so close to the beach it was almost too good to be true! Walkable to so many things. House was well appointed and had everything you would need for a stress free stay. The welcome letter from Ron and his wife was so thorough and complete and Ron was so kind as no friendly and very easy to communicate with.
