Excellent property. Clean, large rooms, great space right next to the pool. Communication was fast and simple when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay with communicative host. Host was responsive when I notified them of several small issues - broken ice making machine in fridge (ice leaking onto floor long term causing raised floorboards in kitchen), master bedroom patio door would lock but not close all the way causing rainwater to seep in and soaked the master bedroom carpet, master bathroom shower door would not close all the way due to hardened misaligned rubber liner on shower door, and we found cockroaches in the main hallway and guest closet. Nothing was fixed during our stay. However, the location and mountain view was very beautiful and pleasant, and the host was kind and responsive. I would stay again if the small issues are fixed in the future. Overall we enjoyed our experience.

We will also notify our monthly pest control technician to add an extra treatment between his regular trips. This wet weather has been bringing out a lot of bugs all over our properties in the desert, for some odd reason. Thank you again for staying with us. Great unit. Very clean. Close to the pool . The owner and management team were fantastic. They check on you daily via text during your stay to see if you need anything. Perfect weekend.

A Great Place to Stay

We just spent two weeks in this villa, and it was very comfortable for 6 family members. We especially liked the location and proximity to the pool!

Perfect Villa for Girls Getaway

We come to Legacy Villas every year and this was villa was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location next to the pool is perfect and we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Plenty of parking on the street and the patio is very large and clean.

The Perfect Family Getaway - We'll Be Back!

Three years ago, my husband and I visited La Quinta for a getaway, and we loved the area so much that we wanted to come back with our kids and grandkids. That's how we discovered Legacy Villas and its beautiful 3-bedroom villas, which are perfect for families. This is now our second year here, and it has become a wonderful family tradition! This year, we were especially happy to bring my mother in law along, and she had her own King Casita right next door to us — perfect for enjoying time together while still having her own space. We love the beautiful grounds, pools, and amenities. The kids especially enjoy the 3½-foot-deep kids' pool, where they can swim and play while we can comfortably keep an eye on them. The management is wonderful — always nearby when needed and very responsive. The location is also fantastic, with great restaurants, shopping, golfing, and plenty to do nearby. The adults enjoyed some early-morning golf while the kids had fun at the villas. This year, we also discovered the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, which was an unforgettable experience. Seeing cheetahs, zebras, and giraffes — and even getting to feed some of the animals — was a highlight of our trip! Legacy Villas has become a special place for our family to relax, spend time together, and make lasting memories. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!

Great Girls Pickle Ball Weekend!!!

We had a wonderful weekend AGAIN at Legacy Villas! Our condo was immaculate! Updated floors and clean new rug! Loved the pool out front. Easy access to resort next door where we played pickle ball. We had the best time!

Perfect Family Getaway at Legacy Villa

We had a wonderful family stay at Legacy Villas Resort! Our villa was perfect, with a pool just steps away, and the kids loved spending time at the main pool with the water splash area. The layout of the villa was ideal — each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made things so convenient for everyone. It truly felt like a home away from home — clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed, including utensils and a BBQ grill that we used daily. Management was easy to reach and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Legacy Villas and will definitely be making this our yearly family trip!

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with owners prompt and efficient. Property is immaculate and well presented with everything that you could need. Complex is also lovely and well maintained, property is steps away from small pool and only a couple of minutes walk from clubhouse pool and facilities which were also excellent. Would love to return one day.

We come here every year for a few years now. Each time has always been top notch. The staff is amazing and responsive. We have no complaints. This unit is close to two pools and the clubhouse. There are no bad units at the Legacy Villas. Highly recommend.

4-STAR VERY GOOD

The place it really beautiful, peaceful, full service amenities and have everything you need. I can't complain about anything. So impressed with all provided. The only thing we don't like was the fact they email you to do some stuff like washing the towels, cleaning the grill and throwing the trash on a trash bin.... for me it's okay to do it but the fact it's they charge you with a cleaning fee that it almost the same amount you pay for a night. So that's why we got confused because your paying for the property to be clean and still they remember you to do some cleaning. But I'll definitely come back.

Very nice unit. Only complaint is the internet did not work the entire time we were there. The shower and hand soap fell apart and was not something we would have chosen. The grounds were in excellent shape. Disappointed the restaurant on site was not open for at least the mornings. We would have used the restaurant. Dan was very helpful when we had questions. We got introduced to Greg the last day and he was also very helpful. Last complain one of the hot tubs had too much chlorine and it ruined 2 of our Tommy Bahama bathing suits. That was disappointing!!!!
