My home is a modern, split floor plan, comfortable Santa Fe style in a great location. New kitchen includes granite and all stainless appliances as well as new washer/dryer and attached garage. The outdoor area is very comfortable with covered patio, large deck, water fall/feature hot tub and walk in gas fire pit with seating for 6-8 - all with a nice view of thunder and Wilson mtns.

Comfortable furniture and living area inside and 3 and bedroom, the master with attached bath, large closet and king bed.

Overall you will find is a very comfortable, convenient and beautiful place to spend some time in Sedona.

The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well outfitted, and the back patio was great for relaxing outside. The location was great, very easy access to trails, shopping and dining.

The location was very convenient to lots of things in Sedona. It was very central to doing things. The yard was nice with several interesting features. The kitchen was adequate and the bedrooms were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay and truly loved this property! The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated promptly throughout our trip. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches around the house, they made the property feel extra special and truly like a home away from home.We are really going to miss sitting out on the patio each morning, listening to the peaceful waterfall feature and the birds singing. It was such a relaxing and beautiful way to start the day.And for any fellow Pokémon GO players, here’s a fun little unofficial bonus: there’s a PokéStop at the Elk Lodge that can be spun right from the property! Definitely an awesome and unexpected little “perk”.One helpful note for anyone traveling with pets: this did not affect our enjoyment of the property at all, but the yard is not fully enclosed. There is privacy fencing along the back and sides, so you would not be able to let your dog off leash in the yard.Overall, we had a fantastic trip and a wonderful stay. We’re already looking at our calendars to figure out when we can come back and book another stay. We happily give this property five stars!

The house was very clean upon arrival. The house was comfortable. Communication with the host was great. The backyard was wonderful-we enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I imagine the covered patio is especially nice when it’s warm. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans and appliances. The house was centrally located which made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!

Everything is great! Love the location, the jacuzzi, the pricing, and everything that comes with it. The only thing is, if you’re bringing dogs, please note that there are no fences forward the street. If fences could be built, it would be 120% perfect.

We stayed at this wonderful home with our son & his wife & son. The home had everything we could have wanted & more. The location was perfect. We not only visited Sedona, we went to Cotton Wood & the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. A great time was had by all!

Great home close to Sky Lodge

We went to Sedona for a wedding, and this home was in a perfect location. Three good size bedrooms and a nice comfy couch. Nice and peaceful.

Great short stay

Stayed for a couple of nights to check out the area and do some hiking. Super convenient location. Very quiet, well stocked house. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Thanks for everything.

Sedona is one of the more beautiful places you can visit easily on the planet. I have been to many places, but when the opportunity arose to be part of Sedona, I didn't hesitate to become an owner.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

My place is extremely centrally located and yet quiet. Many hikes within 5 minute drive or walking distance. There is also close proximity to shopping and nightlife, that does not interfere in any way with the quiet and serenity of my place. There is also the backyard wich includes a 30' covered patio, several sets of comfortable outdoor furniture and the adjoining 42' deck. The 8' water fall/feature pond allows for the soft melodic sound of moving water. There is also the BBQ, hot tub and walk in gas fire pit with seating for 6-8.
