Great location

Great location, had everything you need from blender, dishes,pots and pans even a beach cart,chairs and beach umbrella. Check in was easy and had a one block walk to private beach.

This property was lovely. Short stroll to beach with a great restaurant right there. Love the overall neighborhood and friendly people. Quiet, laid back, great beach. Love the back deck as it is very comfortable to just relax. Outdoor shower is awesome and the house is fully stocked. Plenty of drawers and closet space. 1 TV in living area which was just fine. Not there to watch much TV anyway and did fine without washer and dryer. Easy access to house and the beach passes are a major addition. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and in reality, there was not really a need during the trip to get in touch with her about. Things went pretty much as expected and with ease. The house was clean and We would certainly consider coming back. Hope things fall that way. For 4 guests, A hidden gem. I miss One Block From The Beach Already and it has only been a couple of days since we left. Back to reality. 10 out 10 score

Wonderful vacation

We had such a nice time at this beautiful cottage. Clean, great layout, and air conditioning if we needed it. So close to the beach. It was perfect!

Perfect location!

The location is perfect for walking to everything! From the beach, restaurants, gift stores, church, and local convenience store. It was clean, I loved the great outdoor seating in a peaceful setting! Thank you! I would highly recommend this home to set amazing memories!

Love the place! Pictures don’t do it justice. Backyard deck is amazing. Had beach chairs and bikes and great grill. Owner was quick to communicate. Close to beach. Misquamicut holds a place in my heart!

Amazing Week at a Beautiful Cottage!

We had an amazing week in Misquamicut! The cottage was perfect. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials like a coffee maker, toaster, etc. I loved the knotty pine throughout the house. The host is wonderful and very responsive to any questions.

Fantastic beach cottage

We loved our stay! The house is a very easy, short walk to the beach. The beach cart came in very handy. We didn’t use the bikes or the beach chairs but they were a nice feature. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay, just remember to bring your own linens and towels, etc. Several restaurants within walking distance as well. Neighbors were all friendly and helpful. Sarah was super quick to respond and very helpful. Excellent stay! Thank you for everything!

The perfect beach getaway space. My husband and I love spending a week here. So close to the beach, we hardly drive the car all week. The neighborhood is nice and family friendly.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this beach house. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and just a short walk to the beach, which made it perfect for our family. The host was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.This was our second year vacationing in the MFD area, and we absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. We would definitely recommend it to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Nice place. Short walk to beach.

Pleasant stay overall. Place was nicely furnished. Photos showed bedspreads but we were informed they were not provided. Coming from California it added an unwanted expense.
