Rich in history, this 1924 Spanish Villa has been restored to vintage perfection. Situated on Princess Anne Golf Course with sprawling views. Huge living room, one large bedroom, two outdoor patio areas. Three blocks to the boardwalk, 5 min walk and a 3 min bike ride to the beach. Beach towels included! No kitchen but does include mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee/filter, & Culligan hot/cold filtered water. Murphy queen bed in bedroom & Queen highend sleeper couch in living room!

Lovely villa!

My husband and I just enjoyed a few days at this charming villa. It was perfect for us, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was the perfect size for a couple and the terrace overlooking the golf course was great for lunch and late dinners. We appreciated having the bikes to use as it was very close to the beach and easier to get around. Good location, just off the main boardwalk but close enough to grocery store and shops.

Va Beach Weekend

The villa was perfect for our Va Beach weekend. Love the tucked away, scenic location. We were able to squeeze a beach walk, boat trip, and a bunch of good food into our short time here. We’ll definitely recommend to friends and family visiting the area!

The location of this property is perfect. A quick walk to the beach. The boardwalk can be enjoyed by foot, bike or trolley. Enjoy morning coffee out on either the front or back decks. The owner was attentive and helpful. The decor was stunning. The one bathroom was very small, but doable for a short stay.

Lovely siblings reunion in perfect location

Communucation with the owner before we got there was great, timely, and helpful! It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We were there for three nights and it was clean and very comfortable. Three of us stayed there and it was a spacious two rooms that had plenty of space for sleeping andhanging out a

Simply charming

Such a quaint, charming villa in a great location - a quiet residential area away from the beach crowds. Surrounding trees and plants made it especially pleasing. A quick walk (cutting through the local church) to the boardwalk was easily done. The villa had all the comforts of home. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Virginia Beach.

This property is absolutely adorable! Very clean and perfect for our trip. My husband and I slept on the sofa bed, which was great! That bed was like no other sleeper sofa I've ever seen. There was no bar or uncomfortable springs to deal with. It' s perfectly placed close enough to the boardwalk to be able to walk to the beach and the fun things, but far enough away to avoid the congestion.

Nice place with the golf course out the back and a busy short cut of a road, Holly Road, that the locals and residents of adjoining neighborhoods use especially during the summer season. Enjoyed both the front porch and the back patio, what we didn’t enjoy was the leaf blower that was very loud on the golf course every morning or the traffic noise on Holly which is pretty close to the house in my opinion (noises coming from the back and front). In addition the Naval Jets from Oceana fly loud and low (roaring) over the house. Didn’t really think I would miss a sink and some sort of counter, but I did. We usually fix our own breakfast and make sandwiches for lunch, while in VB. We did work it out. Also note that the bed has a foam/latex mattress, which slept hot and too soft for my comfort. I had to resort to the sofa bed, which slept as expected (so, so). Good size living room, bedroom and lovely shower, but you can’t shut the door while using the toilet or your knees will hit the door. The sink vanity is on the smaller size so there really isn’t any room for toiletry bag, etc. The shower is quite lovely, large, powerful waterfall shower head great pressure and temperature. Finally the communication was superb. The owner/representative checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing alright. For our purposes on this trip it suited our needs, but we would probably selected a place that had at least a kitchenette on our next trip.

I am writing you regarding our stay at your rental. We are very displeased with our visit dates October 26 to October 30. We felt that the details in the description of your property were falsely advertised. For example: Mold smell upon entering Water damage and leaking from ceiling, blinds and floors. No heat or thermostat to conttol the temperature No washer/dryer No operational fireplace We have videos and photos documenting theses violations.

Perfect little space for us

we needed a quick booking due to last minute travel plans....i really thought with summer being in full swing i wasn't going to find anything. i love green spaces, i do not enjoy looking out at other houses so i was happy to find this next to a golf course! yard and patio space, plus front porch if we wanted to be outside. i was concerned about not having a "kitchen" but really you have everything you need, the water cooler was a perfect solution! the personality and charm of the space was so lovely i appreciate antiques and wood floors so it felt like home to me! the bed was comfy and i loved the big couch....the bathroom was darling! the host pays such fabulous attention to detail so you know everything you need to. if in the area i will definitely stay again 3

Beautiful surroundings

1924 Spanish Villa is a charming cottage with Old World flair! Lovely unique furnishings, beautiful decor and inviting art contribute to a feeling of luxurious relaxation. Plenty of comfortable seating options are available both inside and out, whether you're relaxing on the covered front porch or enjoying peaceful views of the golf course. My husband, 11 year old granddaughter and I never felt crowded. There was room to play catch and pass the soccer ball on the side and back lawn. Our host made the suite feel welcoming right from the start. The sleep sofa and bed were made, we had plenty of towels as well as cups, glasses, utensils and coffee. We appreciated not having to "set up house" upon our late arrival. The location is convenient to beach, walking/biking trails, and outstanding restaurants. Ease of communication and quick responses were exceptional. We knew we were in good hands!

This was a deeply concerning and unacceptable experience.From the moment we arrived, there was a strong, persistent mold odor throughout the home, along with visible mold on surfaces like door frames. A dehumidifier was running constantly—clear signs of an ongoing issue.Our trust was immediately lost when the listing did not match the reality of the home. What was advertised was not what we walked into.This is not about minor cleanliness—this is a serious health concern. The air quality was poor and the home did not feel safe to occupy.Even more troubling, a prior guest had reported mold issues months earlier, yet the problem was clearly not resolved. That suggests the owner and/or management knowingly continued renting the property in this condition.The management company, Opulent Autonomy, offered a refund—but only if we agreed not to leave a negative review. That alone speaks volumes.To their credit, VRBO stepped in, recognized the severity of the situation, and issued a full refund, which we appreciate.That said, a refund does not fix the underlying issue. Until this property is properly remediated and verified safe, future guests should proceed with extreme caution.Health and safety should never be optional.

This place was the perfect getaway for my fiancé and me. The area was quiet and private, and a quick walk to the beach. The front porch was our favorite part, so cozy and beautiful, and a relaxing area for a night cap. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
