Laundry room downstairs with large screened in porch and skylights facing the golf course! Breezeway with wet bar includes mini-fridge! Internal stairway off the dining room leads to two large bedrooms with a Jack & Jill Bathroom. Facing the golf course is a bedroom with two queen beds with canti-lever balcony.
