Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The location was withing walking distance of everything in Bar Harbor. We had great communication with the owner.

The house was so clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Very cozy house in an excellent location a few steps to shopping and restaurants. Perfect spot if you are looking for a quiet street right off of Main St and in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. Only five minute drive from the closest park entrance.

This is a great cottage in the heart of Bar Harbor. And it is very private, even thoughit it is in the downtown area. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with essential cookware. Stephanie, the hostess, was very helpful in all my communications with her. It is also very close to Acadia NP. I highly recommend this place.

This is a fantastic home in the heart of Bar Harbor. Just a block off Main St, but incredibly quiet and peaceful. Very well equipped (no bbq though). It’s exactly as pictured. Stephanie was a great host, she has a whole notebook of places to eat, things to do. Highly recommended, would rent again.

Our family had the best visit to Bar Harbor. Stephanie was a top notch host - super responsive, very accommodating and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed anything. The house was spacious, comfortable and had everything our group needed for our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better location - it was literally steps away from downtown Bar Harbor but also felt very quiet/safe and private. It was a wonderful place to unwind after days of hiking in Acadia and exploring Bar Harbor.

Absolutely wonderful and clean home in Bar Harbor. The set up and amenities were thoughtful, the host was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the location is excellent: central to downtown yet quiet. Stayed here with 5 other family members and would absolutely stay here again.

This is a lovely, comfortable home with a lot of charm. The location is perfect, just steps from the busy Bar Harbor downtown streets yet still private. Stephanie is a welcoming and gracious host. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay for a family visiting Acadia National Park.

Perfect location!

A clean and welcoming home with everything we needed to relax after hiking - and perfectly located to walk to everything in Bar Harbor. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable furnishings made it possible for our family to enjoy our vacation.

This historic home was immaculate and in the very best location to everything in town. You could park the car and not need it for your entire stay. Amazing experience and a fantastic host.

Vacation with family

This property was one of the best we have stayed at! The home is beautiful and well taken care of. The location was perfect, easy walks to the whole town. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Bar Harbor.

The Cutest Stay

A great spot to stay when visiting Acadia and the surrounding area. The convenience to downtown Bar Harbor is unmatched. It is a serene spot, but is also so close to downtown. Cannot recommend enough!

The location of this property could not be more perfect - right in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor, with a coffee shop just right behind the house! Our family of 2 young children loved this house and it fit all of our needs. Private and quiet space while still walking distance to everything you'd want and need.

Lovely Bar Harbor fall getaway

Perfect house for four adults. Nice kitchen with good supply of cooking essentials. Great location. Very nice old house. We enjoyed it a lot!
