Adorable Coastal Home; Boats can be kept on seawall or side yard. Perfect location: close to beaches, and downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg - 45 min to downtown Tampa. Great nautical location, less than 25 minutes to open Gulf. Enjoy the Manatee river with the outdoor fire pit and cast a reel while enjoying the sunset views.

This may have been the very best stay that we have ever experienced!!!! Everything was perfect!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our birthdays here!!!!! We saw manatee, dolphins, caught catfish, relaxed with an amazing view. Location was perfect to everything we needed for our stay! Neighbors were friendly! Just a wonderful vibe!!!!

The place is amazing, so relaxing, and 15 miles from the house to sandbar on the bay, clear ocean water beautiful place, I loved definitely I will going to visit again.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. We were only in town for a couple days, but enjoyed the chairs out by the water and the convenience to Bradenton and the interstate. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We adored the home and it met all our needs. Had a cat fish carnival with fishing and breezy days hanging out off the point even had a small fire for roasting marshmallows. Location was great for a family stay.

We travel with our dog. The property is not fenced in, but we knew that when we booked this home. We chose it for the view and that did not disappoint. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Lots of flea markets and antique shops to enjoy. Anna Maria's Oyster Bar is excellent and four minutes down the road (dog friendly)! It was a nice escape from the cold North.

Sunset and sunrise views are amazing. Such a relaxing and fun property. Spacious and great for entertaining a small or large group. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place! It is exactly like it is pictured. The view of the river from inside is unbelievable! We could see dolphins every morning, afternoon and evening. The only negative thing. Is the king size bed. It is way too low to the ground with a large wood frame around it which is a hazard getting up in the middle of the night. We slept there one night and switched to the other bedroom with a queen size bed. One other thing, there is no swimming pool, which would of been a bonus!

Loved our stay here. House was very clean and the location is perfect. Walking up to the sunrise and ending our day with a fire in fire pit were probably my favorite parts. A relaxing stay in a lovely waterfront home. Having a Host that’s very responsive with clear communication put my mind at ease with this rental. We plan to rent here again when at all possible!

The location and convenience of the property were great for us. We were traveling into town for a gymnastics competition for our daughter a chose this location over the previous one due to the proximity to the event center. House was clean and had plenty of space for us and our small 10 lb dog.

Our 2nd stay here. Home is just the perfect size and location on water is great, especially if you like fishing. Both sunrise and sunset. I’m sure we will stay again
