Don't like elevator wait? Our Gulf front unit is located on the 2nd floor not too far from the stairs and the beautiful sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. Hidden Treasure III has been completely renovated with a unit Shabby/Coastal chic. This spotless unit can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably. The newly renovated master bedroom with its 2 new luxurious queen size pillow top mattresses can sleep 4, a 58 inch tv, its own dressing area as well as direct access to the main bathroom. The cute bunk area is furnished with 2 new comfortable twins beds with individual bookshelves, lights and USB port. The living area is an open floor and has an INCREDIBLE view of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico with its private entrance to the balcony. The updated living area as soft leather furniture with memory foam sofa sleeper, a 65 inch TV and a PS5. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances has everything needed for the preparation of delicious meals and offer Regular Coffee pot as well as Keurig. . The condo renovated bathrooms provide a half bath and a bathroom with luxurious walk in shower .This condo offers front load washer/dryer for its guests convenience. Have kids? We provide beach toys and board games as well to entertain the little ones.

We are the Coleman, and we have being married for so many years that we stop counting :-). God blessed us with 3 wonderful boys that are now grown . We purchased our first condo back in 2002 dreaming to move to PCB one day. My husband was an area manager for a distributor. I was an undertaker than a register nurse for many years. We both retired in 2022 and moved to PCB in one of our condo...our long time dream!! Can't say enough of "Beach Life"!! Enjoying it to its fullest!

We already own 2 other properties in PCB, an efficiency and a large 2 bedrooms. We have being renting for many years now, and many of our VIP guests (returning guests) had outgrow our efficiency, but could not afford our larger condo. We were looking for a resort that could accommodate families who needed the extra space without breaking the bank. Even more, due to its great layout, the Summit would be perfect for girls' retreat or couple. We LOVE the Summit after our first visit. This was the perfect place . The Summit offers so many amenities that you do not even need to live unless you want to: pools, hot tubs, restaurants on site, convenient store on site, beach playground....Best of all....its location is FANTASTIC! The Summit is walking distance from so many restaurants & family activities. It was exactly what we were looking for. I must say that after our first stay there with our 3 kids...we were sold :-).

The minute we walk into the condo, we felt in love with the view and the feeling we got. We felt like we were in the Island with the beautiful view of The Gulf of Mexico, and all the palm trees. It was such a peaceful feeling!!! That is why we decided that we would make this condo...our 'Island Retreat'. PLUS.....NO ELEVATOR unless you want too. We are steps from the elevator and been on the 2nd floor, we rather take them.
