*The $35 parking fee per vehicle (for the whole stay for the whole family) should be paid at the time of registration. Only 1 parking spot is available during the peak season and holidays. After the parking pass payment, guests will receive a parking pass and armbands.

***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wildlife. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony doors are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals.
***The resort is doing some construction work until the end of January 2026. You might hear occasional noise during the day. Thanks for your patience while the resort makes some upgrades to keep everything looking great! If you decided to stay during this time there would be no refund for construction noises
