Great location, easy stay!

This loft was perfect for me and my two best friends. We can into town for a concert at BMO stadium. This was the perfect stay. Roof top pull, markets all around. The host gave such helpful advice for parking!!

LA life

The place itself was very nice and clean, the game machine was so cool, the location with all of the homeless and sketchy people outside not so much but we did appreciate the 24/7 security at the door it made us feel better

I’m glad the place was great! I advise everybody in the listing as well as after the booking that the neighborhood—which is the urban core of the second largest city in the US, with endless world-class dining and entertainment options and lots of homeless people—is not for everybody and I hope everyone takes that seriously! Amazing In-State getaway

Mike the host is superb. Communication was on point and transparent and flexible. I had a family emergency come up last minute and Mike did all he could to accommodate my stay. The unit is great as advertised, no complaints. The neighborhood isn't for the weak at heart, but look pass the slum and see the beauty of downtown L.A. I'm definitely keeping this unit on my favorite list for the next in-state getaway. 10 star rating.

I did not mind the unhoused around the area but it was people that actually would come in directly behind you as the door was closing and security doesn’t say anything, also there were roaches the kitchen that was a serious issue especially if you’re cooking and expecting people over and the dryer was broken which I’m sure he knows about but disregards and then on top of that i was charged extra for a few minutes of leaving property.

We loved this space! It was centrally located to all the things we were doing over the weekend. The AC was strong so that was good to beat the heat. We were also under the assumption that there would be a wall to the bedroom and not just a curtain, but we didn’t really mind since we were all close. But just for other people to keep in mind!Only things we had some trouble with was the air mattress provided in the unit. The pull out couch was a little small for two people, so we blew up the mattress. But there was a slow leak so some of us woke up on the floor. So if there’s more than 2 people planning on staying, I’d recommended bringing your own air mattress!Overall it was perfect for our long weekend trip and we had a great time.

Really glad this was overall a great stay! I wish I had known about the leaking air mattress during this guest’s stay! It has now been replaced.

Perfect location for my meeting at the LA Convention Center

This location was perfect for my 5-day meeting at the LA Convention Center. I was able to take one 15-minute on-time bus ride door-to-door or a nice 30 minute walk to the Convention Center. The neighborhood has great inexpensive restaurants and the apartment is just blocks from a Whole Foods. Additional positives are that Mike was amazingly responsive, his place is exceptionally clean, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The pullout couch was fine as a bed. The only thing I wish I had know ahead of time was that this is basically a studio apartment with only a curtain between the bedroom and living room and no closet. If you are staying with a roommate, you need to be close friends. Grand Central Market is just a few blocks away and not to be missed!

Thanks for the kind words! Sometimes I think people may not be clear on what exactly a loft one bedroom is but that’s essentially what it is, one large space with no walls, except for the bathroom. Thanks again and welcome back!
