Right in the heart of downtown LA. Host is very accommodating. Let us drop our bags off and even check in early. Responded to text messages very fast. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Zuko’s place and would absolutely recommend it. Zuko was an exceptional host with great communication throughout the entire process and was always responsive and helpful.Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made for a smooth and stress-free stay. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to come back to after a long day.The location was also a huge plus. If you’re visiting the LA area, it’s conveniently located with most places we wanted to go being within about 30 minutes.Overall, a great experience from start to finish, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a DTLA weekend

The property suited our needs perfectly. Clean and basic in terms of provisions. Easy check in and out process. Parking accommodations were perfect. The rooftop is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Great spot

House was clean and check in was easy. The bed is so comfortable! I walked around the neighborhood at night plenty with no problems. Just be smart. Oh and the taco express place is open 24.7 right outside and it’s great!

LA Retreat from the Cold

Cool DTLA property. Free parking was a great amenity. Felt very secure and safe in the building with fantastic lobby staff. Space was well equipped, washer/dryer was a plus. Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. Otherwise, very centrally located property, great for experiencing variety of areas throughout LA.

Excellent modern rental apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. I was there four nights. Rough neighborhood with homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks near to the hotel and the streets are deserted at night. Good central location for LA Live and Peacock Theater. Security men at front door were not always available to let you in, but that was a minor inconvenience. The front door of the rental apartment had a camera which was an indicator about the neighborhood. Owner had good communication.

Not cleaned, hopefully just an owner mistake

We arrived and it was not cleaned. Bed was not made, dirty bathroom towels, hairs, etc. Owner gave us a refund directly, not through VRBO, to avoid penalty fee. Went to a hotel instead. Parking garage is not in the building, it is across the street and around the corner and open to public, was told by a tenant that the garage is not that safe. Very disappointing experience, but owner was responsive.

Hi Brian, This was definitely a mistake on our end and I offered to get the cleaners in there ASAP while you guys went to dinner and provide a 50% discount for your stay of which you agreed to, but then ultimately decided to cancel altogether which I complied to. I do believe that this scathing review does not represent the experience of staying at my place and hope you had a good experience elsewhere nonetheless.

Very nice loft - clean, comfortable, and exceptionally cozy. It was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making my stay easy and enjoyable. I would gladly rent this condo again for my next work trip and highly recommend it to others.

チェックインは、ホテルのような24時間のフロントでできるのだが、到着日にチェックインしようとした時、登録されていないのでできないと言われ目の前が真っ暗になった。支払いも半年前には済ませている。オーナーに連絡すると、手違いで書類を管理会社に出していなかったと言われた。翌日から宿泊できると言われ、｢今日泊まるところがありません！｣と返信した。本当にあり得ない！と思った。オーナーが直接来てくれることになり、隣のカフェで待った。オーナーが来てからは、スムーズにチェックインできたが、もし来てくれなかったら、大きな荷物と共に路頭に迷うところだった。オーナーにパスポートの写真を送ってほしいと当日に言われ、それだけのことなのに忘れているなんて驚いた。部屋の中や、明るさ、清潔さ、立地などは素晴らしいと思う。パーキングは、場所など情報だけでは分かりにくかったが、オーナーが一緒に行ってくれて、カードの通し方など教えてくれてよかった。ただ、パーキングに車を取りにいく時は、正面ロビーから入れずに、車の入り口までぐるっと歩いて行かなければならず、後でオーナーに聞くとノックすれば開けてくれると聞いたが、そのビルは、朝とかフロントの人がいない時が多かった。立地は、ダウンタウンの真ん中でドジャーススタジアムにもすいていれば車で15分の申し分ない立地だ。朝食は自炊したが、水切りザルやボウルなどがあればいいのにと思った。最初の不手際さえなければ最高なので、来年も利用したい。
