Currently divorced with a kid in college, I am living at my fiancés house which leaves my place vacant most of the time. I’m new to being a host, so if I miss something key…let me know. I aim to please and will do what I can to make sure your stay is a good one.

I choose this neighborhood as my fiancé lives nearby. The bonus is that it’s still pretty quick to get to downtown Denver/Boulder from my location. Plus crime is lower out here.

I don’t think my property stands out more than any other in this area. It is safe and clean. The furniture/appliances are less than five years old and have been gently used.
