Charming 3-bedroom 2 Bathroom House. Just 2.5 blocks to the beach!

Enjoy the best months of the summer in Belmar, an ideal spot for you to rest and relax this summer! This house is great for families.

We have 4 beach badges, chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, two boogie boards, and four bicycles you can use to get around town. Toddler toys and books ready for you to use.

Our clean and spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms & 1 outside shower. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 1 bedroom with Queen & twin pull out bed. The house can easily accommodate two families with kids or a total of 6 people, with any additional person at an extra charge (please inquire with the owner).

Freshly cleaned bed linens and bath towels are provided. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Please kindly note that parties and events are not allowed at this property. Belmar has a strict party ordinance.

Families are WELCOME! No group renters. The minimum age requirement is 28.

Cute beach house with an easy walk to everything you need. A well stocked kitchen, lovely back patio for grilling and eating, and a nice front porch to drink morning coffee.

Loved our time at this home! It had a great front porch, a nice backyard area for grilling, and was an easy commute to the beach!We got to utilize the beach toys, chairs, and bikes, which was great. The hosts were great at communicating and were very accommodating!

We had a wonderful two weeks at this house! Having the beach so close, 2.5 blocks, was great.We could easily go to the beach in the morning, go back to the house for lunch and give the kids a break from the sun and then return to the beach later that day.There is a book with detailed information of what you need to know.

Wonderful cozy, comfy house. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Just right for our family trip to Belmar for Thanksgiving with friends nearby. Also, very close to the beach and would be an awesome summer stay. Owners are friendly, kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Thank you!

Girls weekend

We enjoyed a great girls trip here! Lovely home, close to the beach with great amenities! Having the beach passes was an awesome bonus! Would recommend to anyone! Great with communication also!

Everything was clean and as advertised! Well stocked kitchen, good towels and everything else. Lovely yard. The teenagers loved the bikes. Recommended!

Perfect family space

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. Communication was so easy and the owners were kind and helpful every step of the way. The house was perfect for our family and my kids loved having bikes to ride around town and to the beach! The beach was so close…and we had everything we needed. Thank you!!

Amazing stay for a family with little kids. Everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach and house toys for all ages of kids. Kids decorated seashells with their aunt and even left one for the next guest. Check-in was seamless. Great location, walking distance to the beach, and beach badges are included. Can't recommend enough and hoping it's available next year.

The location of the house was very good and many rooms in the house were recently renovated. However, the sheets on every bed were all stained and the towels were moldy. We went to Target and bought our own because we could not use those provided. The house has potential but just was not ready to be rented.

Just to clarify: there was no mold found, and we replaced one set of sheets after your stay, which is part of our normal upkeep. We know expectations vary, and we’re always working to improve.
