Bright, airy, comfortable, invitingly & pleasingly decorated, and exceptionally clean place to stay. Easy check in & had everything we needed for our short stay. Parking was easy this time of year right in front of the property. Nice, quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beautiful beach, boardwalk, some shops & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Cody your host : Responded so quickly and gave great recommendations to places to eat and see! The house was clean , everything you needed to make your stay comfortable! Nice quiet neighborhood! Great location toThe beach and a quick walk into town! My family and I a family of 5 slept comfortably! I highly recommend!

What an amazing cottage by the beach! The decor, comfortability, and cleanliness were top notch and the location in close proximity to the beach and the cute town was perfect! We loved having beach chairs, towels, and badges provided. Nice touches such as snacks and plenty of coffee were greatly appreciated! Cody and his team are premier hosts for a reason.....communication and professionalism were beyond terrific! They reached out every step of the way to make our stay so enjoyable and carefree! Would absolutely stay here again and again!!

Great VRBO cottage and in the perfect location. Just a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Very convenient location to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. While there wasn’t off-street parking, it was never a problem to park in front of the cottage. Plenty of street parking available! We really enjoyed everything about this VRBO and the host was great.

Great stay for family

Family of 6 (small children) and we had a great stay- was just what we needed as a home-base. Neighborhood and location were fantastic and we enjoyed early morning walks to the boardwalk every day with the kids!

The house worked wonderfully for a birthday weekend away for my wife and our adult daughters. It is a great jumping off point for Monmouth County sites. Walkable to the beach and great local restaurants, including Klein's and the Bel Mar Windmill! The house is comfortable, clean and cheerful. The hosts are great and reachable through messaging and email. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hosts, Cody and Alexandra, have turned a classic NJ bungalow into a sweet little cottage with a wonderful open layout, lovely shades of blue against a crisp white make it open, bright and relaxing.Absolutely impeccably clean as well.

Definitely recommend this home for small groups! It's a small beach house, but it's super cozy & close to all that Belmar has to offer! Super clean property, super responsive property owners, quiet & safe neighborhood. We stayed at the end of March & even with the influx of people for the rescheduled St. Paddy's Day parade, the neighborhood was relatively quiet. There is a park on the beach, but there is also one down the block the other direction if you want to stay away from the sand & beach one day.

Very clean, cute bungalow with everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Great location between beach and a playground. Very safe. Cody was incredibly responsive and thoughtful - we felt very well hosted!

Great location

Walking distance to town and beach. The house was perfect for our family. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and Cody was easy to communicate with.

lovely home close to the beach

we had amazing week at the home... clean, comfortable and easy to walk to the beach. Cody was an amazing communicator with any questions that came up which made the stay feel for personal. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Getaway

Perfect little spot for friends and family. Easy walk to the boardwalk/beach and a nice back yard area to just hang out. Multiple restaurants in walking distance as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone else looking. Cody was a great host.

Fantastic property. Very clean, good beds. Really great that they have linens and towels, etc. so we didn’t have to pack a bunch of extra stuff. Having beach badges was HUGE and a wonderful cherry on top. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the Jersey Shore.

lovely long weekend stay

It was perfect for our weekend beach visit. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and had everything we needed in the home! And Cody was very helpful and responsive whenever we messaged him. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Excellent choice in Belmar

Very nice stay at this nicely remodeled home in Belmar. The house was comfortable and efficient and the owner, Cody, was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a problem free, special stay down the shore...

Super cute

This place was perfect. Such a cute little cottage. Close to everything. Nice walk to the beach or downtown. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Next time I am in NJ I will book with Cody again.

Clean Space in a Central Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The description and photos match the space. Only a short walk to either the beach or to main street. The house was clean, the beds are comfortable and check-in was easy. We stayed during off season, so parking was easy even though it was street parking. While the house was warm, the floors get really cold, so bring your slippers!
