Very comfortable, great access to pool and ocean. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Would stay again for sure.

Jayne's place was absolutely perfect. The ocean view and sounds from the balcony are incredible. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed the big jetted tub as well. The place was a great value and Jayne was so accommodating.

We loved this place. We loved the view especially the sunrises! Being on the beach and walking to the restaurants for dinner was great. The place was very clean and the host got right back to us when we had a question. We would stay again.

The room was perfect and loved having two bathrooms! Wonderful, oceanfront view, and close to everything! Could walk to most things! It had everything we needed! The kids loved the beach and the pool! The host, Jayne, went above and beyond! Will definitely be back!

Great location. Condo could use a little more "stuff" more towels, more kitchen items.

Everything was ideal for a week down at the beach. The location to the track and to oceanfront activities was perfect. We had everything we needed. Communication was great.

Our stay at the condo was great! It was the perfect little mini vacation spot for my husband and I. The check in process was easy and the communication was quick. Our favorite part was the view and how close it was to the boardwalk. The only flaw was that the hot tub was not working everyday and wasn’t the cleanest.

I found this oceanfront condo a perfect place to stay while enjoying Daytona Beach. The view was so Spectacular I didn't want to leave the balcony chair. The resort has a wonderful history as one of the first and most popular places to stay in the early 80's. As for today's standards it is not ultra modern but I loved the charm. The pool is large and pool area very comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and work hard to keep everything clean and in good order. As for the condo, it has everything you need to be comfortable. I had to call the owner, Jayne, about a minor issue. She returned my call immediately and happily resolved my question. She was very personable and eager to ensure everything was satisfactory. She was so friendly during the call, we had a pleasant conversation extending past the reason for the call. I highly recommend this property and owner and would go back should I return to Daytona.

The property was beautifully maintained. The beach was very close by and clean. However, I specifically asked the host if the beach was private to the resort and she said yes. That was not the case. The public park and beach was next door and they completely took over the beach area in front of the condo. Bus loads of people were setting up chairs and umbrellas at 6 am. Loads of cars parked on the beach in front of the condo. You could not even walk down between them. The smell of weed filled the air at the pool and beach. We saw a naked homeless man shower at the park shower from our balcony. Our room was also horrible. Right when you open the door it slams into the bed. The door doesn’t even open all the way. Making it nearly impossible to get your luggage thru the door. The air conditions leaked water all over the floor and were so loud we could not sleep. As well as a dehumidifier that was parked right infount of the bathroom so you could not access it all. The furniture was huge and way too big for this tiny room. It was very dated. I would Never come back here again

I am so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. I wish I would have gotten a response after I emailed not once, but twice, asking how everything was going for you! We will always do what we can to ensure a pleasurable experience for our guests. I am also sorry about the miscommunication regarding having a private beach. There are no private beaches on Daytona Beach, however it has never been a problem for us and our guests to not be able to enjoy the beach right outside our pool/hot tub area. (Was there possibly an event at this time?) The air conditioner that had a leak in the hallway outside the condo was repaired immediately, upon hearing there was a problem. Also we are not sure how the dehumidifier got placed in front of the second bathroom doorway, but our cleaner tucked this back in place right after you left. (Unfortunately, the humidity level would not be comfortable without having a dehumidifier in the condo.) Again, as your hosts, we would always appreciate being informed of any problems so we can give them our proper attention immediately.
