Welcome to the Big Bleu Beach House! Inspired by our shop, Bleu 32 Vintage Marketplace in Columbia, TN, this 2300 sq ft beauty is newly remodeled w/ the ultimate mix of fun and comfort. Serene Stallworth Beach (AKA Beach Highlands) is just .4 miles away. Walk to 30A local Favs, Stinky's Fish Camp & Elmo's Grill. Enjoy ocean views and gorgeous sunsets over nearby Topsail Hill Preserve State Park from the huge upper deck. Book Big Bleu now!
There are 2 small apartments on the first floor with no shared spaces with the 2nd and 3rd floors. You will have exclusive use of 2300 square feet on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a private entrance that does require climbing stairs.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
The 2nd and 3rd stories are all yours, but the building is divided into 3 units with 2 small apartments on the first floor. We ask that everyone be as considerate as possible and keep the volume at a “neighborly” level.
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! You will be provided with a starter kit of supplies: 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out:
*Renter must be at least 25 years old.
*Locals must contact the host before booking.
*NO SMOKING in the house.
*NO PETS at any time.
*Please watch your children. Do not leave them unattended especially on the decks.
*As tempting as it may be, please do not use the Elementary school playground equipment.
*Company is welcome, but please keep the total number of guests under 10.
*No extra overnight guests.
*No parties or loud music as there are 2 other units in the building. Please be considerate of this fact. Quiet hours are 10PM-9AM.
*Please do not move the furniture.
*We don’t expect to need to do this, but if repairs, maintenance, or some sort of inspection is needed during your stay, the owners will need access to the home. We will do our best to call and arrange a time that works for everyone.
*To simplify the inventory process, please return all kitchen items back to where you originally found them.
*Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. We will look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the replacement or repair cost will be.
*Please don’t take any bath towels or linens out of the house.
Applicable fee schedule:
*Smoking Fee $200: If smoking occurs inside the house, we will charge a $200 fee.
*Additional Cleaning Fee $100: If the home is extremely dirty after check out beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave, we will charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. Examples: dishes piled in the sink, stained furniture, linens, walls and/or floors, trash not bagged up and taken to the trash coral.
*Late Check Out Fee - $100: Check out is 10:00AM. If you are not out of the house by 10:30AM, we will charge you a $100 late check out fee. If you are not out by 12:00PM you will be charged another day (base rate w/o discounts) as a penalty however, this does not award you possession for an additional day.
