The home was very clean and well appointed for a beach vacation for our large family. The beach chairs and sand toys were much appreciated, as well as the bikes and golf cart for trucking the kids to the beach. We will definitely see if this place is available next time we're in the area. Safe, quiet neighborhood with communicative hosts.

Location to the pool and the beach couldn’t have been better. Golf cart and bikes made it so easy to get to the beach. If not, it was a 8 minute walk. Beach chairs and wagon were a great asset.

this house was great for my family of 12! we are a big family with 4 littles and this stay was amazing. the golf cart was provided and was super convenient to get around. the provided beach chairs were also amazing! loved the location i am convinced to move out here lol.

First time visiting Gulf side of Florida and I wasn’t sure which city on 30A I should pick. Main criteria was to be very close to beach. This property was exactly right for that. Having use of golf cart was a HUGE plus! They had several beach chairs we could use which was also great b/c there was no room in our vehicle to bring our own & we didn’t have to pay to rent any. Great location also in terms of coffee shop, restaurant & grocery being close by. The only things I would point out is that it is a house that fits 10 but only living room seating for 5 (wish there had been another couch), the lighting in master bath a bit dark, & it seemed as the cleaning service hurried to clean b/c floor was not that clean & cleaning product residue was sticky on it & beer bottles were on back porch, But the place was spacious & nicely furnished. Would I stay here again? YES!

Wonderful stay for my family. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Pool right down the way from the house. Host very accommodating and helpful. Very quick responses to any questions we had. Golfcart was great for hauling everyone to the beach and back. We really loved the area. The only suggestion we have is in the bunk bed room (where my 5 year old twins slept) there needs to be outlet covers on the walls near the lower beds. Overall a great experience and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Santa Rosa Beach property! The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation.One of the things we appreciated most was all of the extra amenities provided. The wagon, beach chairs, and cooler made our beach days so much easier, and the golf cart was incredibly convenient for transporting chairs, toys, and other beach gear. The beach was also within easy walking distance, which was a huge plus.The house was comfortable, welcoming, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient Santa Rosa Beach getaway.

In a fresh, new neighborhood, everything on our property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for 10 guests but bring a pair of scissors for snipping tags and such. The refrigerator worked well for us and we kept it packed! Check the recommendation about using the cooler in the garage to store sodas etc. There were at least 5 folding beach chairs, a wagon, and a couple of extra beach towels available too. Would recommend bringing towels for showering as we had to wash them daily to have enough for everyone. We were close to the pool which was a popular gathering spot. The golfcart was a hit with the grand children and easy for shuttling to the beach. Everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet times. If the nearest beach access is crowded and you like to settle in at the beach for the day then I highly recommend Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. The beach there had fewer guests and more open beach. The tradeoff is a 1.5 mile drive (to get there), parking, catching the tram and the long boardwalk. But it was worth it to paddleboard to the reef and explore the wide open beach.Highly recommend 8 Magical Place!
