The room was spotless and had all the amenities needed for beach time, bath and kitchen needs, and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Host was very thorough

Very nice place for a couple. They provide things like beach chairs and towels that are appreciated. Very thoughtful amenities. Easy walk to downtown and a couple of benches at the end of the road to watch the river go by.

Quiet little getaway

We really enjoyed the property and its close proximity to downtown. The amenities were nice and our hosts were very good at communicating, the unit was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet and convenient.

The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.I just didnt read the listing well enough and expected it to.be a little bigger but it was perfect for me and my mother. The location is ideal. We were in town to see 4 Pirate games so it was.just perfect for us . .Lecom is only a 5 minute drive. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood is so peaceful and safe. I loved it there.

Mother's Day weekend

Great place to stay while I visited my mother and step-dad who live at Water's Edge of Bradenton. Comfortable bed and everything I needed. Nice neighborhood for morning walk to the riverfront.

A cozy room with many small amenities. Not a wasted inch anywhere. Nothing was left out. A dedicated off street parking area and huge deck in the rear were perfect. The location on a quite residential area was close to everything. The river walk was near enough to walk and the beach area was only 15 minutes. Loved every moment in a very clean and thoughtfully designed place. Thank you

The property/unit was great - very small, but big enough for my needs since I was alone. Didn't appreciate the check-in policy, which doesn't allow for early check-in even if the unit is ready unless you pay 50/hour. I had no where else to go after arriving in town about 11:00.

False advertisement pictures didn’t come close to what you pay for, they show full kitchen, sandy beach exc. , floor dirty when walking socks turn black, pillows uncomfortably, shower is so small you have to open shower curtain to soap down but the bed is nice clean toilet.
