This place was wonderful! Everything was very clean and beautiful! We enjoyed staying here and walked around Bradenton enjoying the all the amazing art! Perfect place to stay for visiting the LECOM Park!

Very clean and comfortable. Great pet friendly location with secure fenced back yard. Felt very safe. The pictures and descriptions of home were accurate.

We had a lovely time, and the location couldn't be better. This will be our first place to check when we make plans come to Bradenton to visit family and Arte Caffe. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

Very cute and comfortable little house. Beautifully remodeled. I would highly recommend the Casita to anyone who is attending a baseball game at Lecom field since it is within walking distance of the park. Would definitely stay again.

The property was just perfect for my stay. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners were wonderful with thier communication and responsiveness to questions. I really enjoyed the area and the location was in a great arts district with lots of interesting shops, galleries and an incredible live music and great food estabishment just around the corner! (Cottonmouth Southern Soul Kitchen). So much to do in the immediate area, that I can't wait to come back and explore more!The bed was comfortable and I fell in love with the shower! Everything I needed was provided and I felt right at home - but better!

La Casita

We traveled to La Casita to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The property was as described, clean, and super cute with lots of modern features. We enjoyed the vibrant art district of downtown Bradenton and walked the neighborhood and bought unique little treasures from local artists. We definitely will return!

Nice weekend getaway!

We stayed for the weekend for a friend's wedding. The property was clean and conveniently located. Angela answered any questions quickly and promptly, and we had no issues with our stay!! Only giving it 4 starts because the house never felt cool - the air conditioning doesn't work very well, and especially in the florida heat, sometimes you just want some crisp AC!! Overall a very nice stay!!

Little Casita

This was a great little house for my husband and me while attending soccer games at IMG Academy for 9 days. Newly remodeled, fresh, and clean. Our host was great to communicate with and most helpful when we needed help with electronics etc. They even put in a new stove when the oven did not work

Perfect Location

My wife and I were in town for several days for a couple Spring Training baseball games. This property is an ideal location not just for its proximity to LECOM Park (a 10-minute walk), but also for several restaurants and bars that are nearby (Motorworks Brewing is only a couple of short blocks away). An added bonus, the property is located within the Village of the Arts, a small, quaint neighborhood that features some beautifully-painted buildings/residences. There are also some excellent galleries to visit nearby (one of which, Joan Peters Gallery, is just two doors away) as well as a record store that is around the corner (Jerk Dog Records), which happens to be right across the street from a fantastic soul food restaurant (Cottonmouth Southern Soul Food). The hosts were also very good communicators, and the check-in process was as simple as could be. Highly recommended for your stay in Bradenton!
