Welcome to your perfect group getaway in the heart of Michigan City’s Uptown Arts District. This private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom setup is located on a private second floor and ideal for families, friends, or two couples traveling together.

You’ll have full access to both locked suites — one with a queen bed, the other with a king bed — each with its own private bathroom, TV, and cozy amenities.

Carolina is an excellent host. She responds to all emails quickly. The rooms were very clean with enough space for privacy when needed. The area is centrally located and walkable to restaurants and the outlet mall. The Farmers’ Market was right across the street on Saturday. The beach is a short drive away. We had a very good weekend getaway.

Absolutely amazing. The host answered my question about the stairs for my elderly dad and modified our stay when I had to change the arrival date. Fantastic communication and so easy to work with. This was by far the CLEANEST home I have ever stayed in. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice! We had some difficulty getting in with access code/lock and I was freaking a bit - but help arrived quickly and everything g was smooth thereafter. Place is cool and in an artsy area. Farmers market across street Saturdays in summer and little restaurants and shops. Blocks from other strips and the outlet mall and a short drive to the lake. Very comfortable and nice home base for a weekend break!

Very clean rooms with central and room air so temp was very comfortable. Had trouble locking exterior door but host brought a key. The sink in king room has cold and hot reversed so right side handle is hot and left is cold. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Had some problem getting channels with TV but we didn’t watch much because we were on the beach and visiting relatives nearby. Loved the farmers market across the street and bought some flowers and bakery.

Small issue on arrival as the keypad was dead, but after communication we were able to get in quickly and the keypad was fixed right away. Everything was very clean and it was a great place for the weekend!

The original information to check into our room had incorrect information. The WiFi network did not have the correct name. We were without WiFi for a good bit of our check in day until the host sent the correct information that evening. On July 3, the door to our room was accidentally shut and locked us out. We were locked out of our room for 5 hours. I sent two emails and made two calls to the host. I received no response from her. I finally called VRBO for help. The person at VRBO called the host while I was on the phone with him. My phone rang as I was still talking to VRBO guy. It was the host. She said she wasn’t near her phone to answer. She gave me the information to get into our room. The accommodations were as advertised. They were fine. However, service by the host was pretty non-existent. My wife and will not rebook this location or recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

An incredibly charming home, with a history I’d love to know. It smelled clean, like Lysol and looked freshly wiped down. Immaculately clean, comfortable bed!! Small, cozy and so close to downtown dining and beach access! We had a wonderful, relaxing time!
