Brooke’s place was a perfect home for our trip with family and friends. We loved the screened in porch after dinners and proximity to restaurants and the beach was great.

The property was clean, just like it said in the listing. It was not a bad walk to the beach and boardwalk. Had lots of places to go and eat in walking distance. We came with 8 grandchildren and 4 adults and were so comfortable. Just loved this place.

The house was way bigger than I thought! Very happy with it! Just wish it was a little closer to boardwalk, but all in all, I had a great experience!

This property is really nice. It was very clean and has been updated with everything feeling new. The screenroom area is a great space.The walk to the beach and main shopping area is a bit long. The host, Brooke, was extremely responsive to all of our questions.

Very nice, spacious and updated property! Nice street and great location which is walkable to the beach, fun land and restaurants. Large kitchen table, and comfortable furniture and beds. Our family had a great time and would stay here again!

Immaculate home. Lots of rooms. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. Well-stocked kitchen and very quiet neighborhood. Short driving distance to DE parks and Dogfish Brewery/Distillery. Beautiful beach.

The home was neat and clean and spacious. It was a very nice neighborhood, walking distance to the downtown main street and the boardwalk. I had to contact the host for a few questions and she responded quickly and politely. The only thing we wished was a bit warmer temperatures so we could enjoy the cute 3 season porch off the kitchen. And we couldn't find a toaster but made do with the oven.

House has a ton of space, nice neighborhood, kitchen is well equipped. Great that sheets & towels are provided and neighborhood parking passes are super helpful. The living room is really nice with a huge TV. House has recently been updated & the new bathrooms are nice. There are still some details left not updated (old dusty shades, only one working pool cue, bbq has one non functional burner) and details not finished - one bathroom has no hooks or racks for towels, no toilet paper holder. The key pad to the garage was broken so we had to leave it locked. Property manager was great and none of this significantly detracted from our stay but it’s why I have 4 instead of 5 stars.

It was a very spacious house and very comfortable. It was a great plus that they provided sheets and bath towels. You need to bring your own beach towels. We also loved the garage area that was converted into a game room. There is an extra fridge in the garage and that comes in very handy for larger groups. All of my issues with the house are very minor and are easy to fix. For example, having a toaster would be nice. Also the twin room upstairs could use a dresser so you have a place to put your clothes and they really need to get better curtains in most of the rooms. Brooke was great to work with and very responsive to our complaints and had someone there immediately to fix what was wrong. Also, my daughter left a drawer of clothes and she contacted me immediately and even offered to mail them to her. This is a great house and I highly recommend if you are looking for a rental you consider this house.
