We loved our stay at this home. The pool was perfect for our kids and we loved being only a block from the beach! Perfect location to visit down town as well.

This house location was perfect. Exactly where we wanted to be, a very short walk to the sand without crossing any roads and 15 minutes from the fort. The house was clean and all amenities were working. Great stay!

The layout of the house was perfect. I was here with my son and grandchildren and their significant others, and I had my own little apartment on the first floor, which made my life easier because it was I am handicapped and when I wanted to join the family there was an elevator that I could use to go up to the third floor. I really enjoyed my stay.
Dinner with my family and my niece works in Saint Augustine so she joined us
I actually walked to the beach, took a picture of my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter very close proximity to the beach

Items included with your St. Augustine vacation rental property: *Bed Linens (sheets, pillowcases, comforters) *Bath Towels (bath towels, hand towels, washclothes) *Fully Equipped Kitchen (pots & pans, dishes, , glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc) *Small Appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender) *Hair Dryer *Iron and Ironing Board *Basic cleaning supplies *Starter amenity kit (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, single use dish/ dishwasher soap, single use laundry detergent, small shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, small box of trash bags) We are sorry if this did not meet your expectations.

Location was great, walking distance to beach and restaurants. We had a leak with the downstairs kitchen faucet and it was fixed right away. The pool light was out and it never got fixed. The kids were disappointed not to have a light in the pool at night. The master bedroom Mattress is not comfortable. The cable was just basic which was like 8 channels. We did enjoy our stay and it was plenty of room for my family.

The fact that we could walk straight to the beach pulling a wagon was awesome! The palm trees have gotten very tall so only a small ocean view but you could still see it. The pool was perfect with young children because it had the pool shelf. It was great that we could fit the family comfortably for meals and for watching the World Cup.
