What a lovely home! The view is stunning, and the pool and hot tub, along with the beach so close, make outdoor fun and relaxation so easy. Phil, the owner, is available and very helpful and ready to deal with any issues. From his first inquiry right after check-in to the end of the stay, he was the most charming and helpful host I’ve ever encountered. Definitely a 5 star home!

Our stay was wonderful and so is the property. The location on the beach is stunning, the beach itself is one of the nicest I've been to, and the heated pool is a huge bonus. The house was stocked with everything we needed -- dishes, lots of glassware and flatware options, napkins, food prep tools, coffee, seasonings, and so many towels -- all we did was buy food and settle in. The host was welcoming and checked in on our stay. One of the best VRBOs we've stayed in, highly recommend to others!

We believe this review was a result of confusion with the star rating system. The guest emailed me the last day of her stay and said everything was great, they enjoyed the pool and thanked me for the hospitality.

Absolutely stunning views of the coastline with spectacular sunrises and a uniquely beautiful Harvest moon rise!. The property was impeccable. Comfortable beds, open gathering spaces and clean, beautifully designed decor and amenities. The pool, whirlpool and putting green were a nice bonus. The location is perfect for easy walks to local restaurants and beach access. The sea turtle breeding activity and dune conservation projects are fascinating, and inspiring for the future of the ecosystem. Truly a memorable experience thanks to Phil, the perfect host property owner, and an amazing property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely beach home. Location was great, wonderful indoor and outdoor space with a very nice pool and 3-hole putting area, well maintained and quiet. Our host, Phil was especially helpful, friendly and ready to answer any question we had. He truly cares about making your stay wonderful. Also, rented a crib from Big Daddy’s- they delivered prior to our arrival and was just what we needed. We hope to return again!

Our stay was perfect. The house is exactly as pictured and described and was very clean and tidy. It also came well stocked with essentials (coffee, trash bags, toiletries, etc.). The location is perfect - very close to restaurants, ice cream shops, beach shops, coffee shop, mini golf, etc. It’s mere steps to the beach, and the pool is FANTASTIC. Phil was an excellent host with very good communication. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

We love this place so much that we came back! The home is beautiful, the beach access is easy, the view is stunning, the host is super nice and attentive, the pool and hot tub are nice after long beach days, and the property location is very convenient. Already counting down to next year!

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, beachfront home. Everything was as expected. The views are superb, and although the ocean was too rough to enjoy, we loved the pool. The bathrooms are A, and an extra touch was having a garage for our car. Although we didn't need to contact the host during our stay, he did check in to be sure everything was OK. We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful family vacation home

The house was perfect in that my son and his family could stay separately on the first floor and then we were all upstairs having fun and not waking the baby.Location plus pool and putting green made for wonderful relay games, never a dull moment!

Relaxing stay

The home was beautiful and Phil was a great host! The amenities were nice, the walk to the beach very short, and walking distance to nearby restaurants was super convenient! We will be back!

Perfect House on the Beach!

Phil’s place was absolutely perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, and wonderful location. We loved being just steps to the beach and the pool/hot tub were great for afternoon cooling off. The street was very quiet, yet close to great restaurants and shopping. Phil was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Our family had a wonderful time!
