-5 BR, 4 baths come fully stocked with wash cloths, bath towels and linens
- Includes spacious mother in law suite on the ground level with a full size refrigerator,
-Ground floor pool and patio access including removable safety/baby guard fencing. Pool heater is set to 82 and during colder weather the pool heaters may not keep up but are on.
-As you move your way up the three levels of the house, you will find a gorgeous open floor plan with kitchen and living room (kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and basics)
-Each level has a deck with amazing ocean views as well!
-Only a 10 min drive to the historic district and walk to all the beach entertainment. This is truly the ultimate family retreat!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time at the Beach House Retreat. It was perfect for our family. We had our two sons and their families staying with us. The pool was perfect for our three grandkids ages 6,9,11. The house was so close to the beach and from the top porch, you could see the beach and ocean. The beds were great and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a closet full of bath towells as well as a separate closet full of beach towels. There were four beach chairs to use and two buggy boards.We had a fantastic time and will come again next year.

Memorable and amazing!

Celebrated Easter with extended family at this house - it was the perfect getaway and property!! Close to everything and wonderful views of the beach! House was beautifully decorated and very clean!

The perfect property

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was the perfect location and provided all the amenities needed (e.g., bath and pool towels, beach chairs, kitchen items, etc). We look forward to our next visit!

Perfect holiday getaway!!

This house was perfect, very clean and organized!! We loved the beachy decor, all of the rooms were so comfortable, made it feel like home!! Location was amazing, a couple steps from the beach, great coffee shop on the corner, mini golf just a walk away, a couple min car ride to historic downtown. Our entire family loved the house and really enjoyed spending the holidays in St Augustine!!
