That said, we would like to clarify a few points, as several concerns mentioned were accurately disclosed in our listing. Our home is advertised to sleep 16 guests, not 20, although there are 20 total sleeping spaces in beds. The complete bed breakdown is provided in the Vrbo listing and shown in the photos, including the bunk beds. Likewise, multiple photos clearly show that the theater room seats four people, and we have never advertised theater seating for all 16 guests. Our listing also accurately states that we provide a Keurig coffee maker, and we have since added a traditional drip coffee maker for larger groups. We have also replaced the pots and pans with new cookware. For guest convenience, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dental flossers, along with other starter essentials. While preferences for towels, toiletries, and fixtures can vary, we strive to provide an experience that matches our listing description. We make every effort to accurately represent our home through detailed descriptions and photos, and we are always happy to answer questions before booking.
