Welcome to the Big Deck House an extraordinary Flagstaff mountain escape that redefines adventure and relaxation! Perfect for groups of up to 20, this one-of-a-kind retreat invites you to indulge in luxury and fun with a private hot tub, a lively game room, indoor and outdoor theaters, and your very own pickleball court. Framed by jaw-dropping mountain views from two sprawling decks, this haven offers direct access to the National Forest your gateway to hiking, biking, and off-roading thrills!
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
No parties or events are permitted without Manager approval.
There is no smoking allowed on the property.

Important: Guests booking directly or through Vrbo will be asked to complete guest verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact you by email and/or text. Please complete this before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the entire stay was easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. The host was responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Flagstaff.

Great to have multiple areas to relax in and the yard was a hit. The kitchen had every gadget needed and then some! The stay was quiet and relaxing and the neighbors were absolute gems. They made our stay even more special.

Did not meet expectations for the price point (3/5)We booked a 2-night stay for our family expecting a high-end cabin experience, but it fell short for the price. All of us agreed on a 3/5 star rating due to misleading listing details and lacking amenities:• Listing Discrepancies: While advertised as sleeping 16, 3 of the bunk beds are squeezed into a closet. Additionally, the theater room only has seating for 4 people, which wouldn't work well for larger groups or families expecting to watch movies together.• Kitchen: The pots and pans were very old and worn, there were very few pantry items provided, and the coffee setup was limited strictly to a Keurig with no option to brew larger pots for a full group.• Bathrooms: Towels were low-grade and not soft, starter toiletries were minimal, and outdated fixtures.On a positive note, the outdoor area was fantastic. We really enjoyed the spacious backyard, the lovely deck, and the incredible mountain views, which gave us a great space to relax outside.Ultimately, we just had higher expectations for the overall experience and value. When paying a premium rate, you hope for a property that feels well-maintained, accurately represented, and stocked with quality essentials.

Great property in nice area in Flagstaff. Lots of beds, large well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. There are lots of stairs so might not be best for young children. Views from the decks were beautiful. Quick ride into downtown Flagstaff. Interesting artwork around the house of the Mongollon Monster, aka AZ Sasquatch!

The Cabin was amazing with great amenities and lots of play outside and inside. Ample plush towels and very comfortable bedding. The kitchen was equipped with everything to cook and the deck views were amazing. The master bath was exquisite with a large tub. What a fun place! We will be back.
