Spacious, 2 level townhouse. Perfect to enjoy all the amenities of NWA. A family vacation or a weekend golf trip with your buddies!

2 bedrooms, 1 king, 2 twins, and a Queen foldout. Sleeps 6 total.
All new furnishings, and fully equipped kitchen. Full size washer and dryer for convenience. Coffee/Keurig machine, TVs in both Bedrooms, bathroom accessories, and 2 parking spots.
Conveniently located, a walk away from Country Club, and a mile from Hwy 71, with easy access to all of NWA.

10 mins from Bentonville/Rogers, 40 from Fayetteville/UofA.
Guest passes for use of BV amenities are available at no charge if requested.
Easy access to five 18 hole courses, local hiking/biking trails, and near several lakes for boating/fishing.

The inside of the property was so clean and as described. It is a condo so people live next door , but very quiet neighborhood. If has a deck ,unfortunately absolutely NO sunlight hits the deck because of all the trees. the beach was closed on sat Sept 19th which broke my heart, it was 97 I just wanted to be on a beach in the sun, but,If you like to hike or golf . You would love this area and this condo.

Place was clean, decent access to country club. Area where townhouse itself is a little run down . Overall townhouse is kept up well and the stay was pleasurable. Host promptly replied to questions and was accommodating.

The property is in the original development of the village, but overall the POA and townhouse association do a good job of managing it and maintaining the area. Thanks for the review and the great comments.

The rental was clean and well organized. There were games to play with my grandkids and TV in bedrooms and living area including some toys in the second bedroom that my grandkids enjoyed. I have a suggestion, install grab bars in the shower, a helpful and safety advantage for older renters. There was a crease in the leg of a dining chair that unfortunately caused it to collapse.Overall it was a pleasant stay, good location, and comfortable.

My sister and I stayed here from WI while she made final preparations for her upcoming wedding. This cozy unit is fully furnished and we wished we had more time to use the kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised on the location of this unit. Very close to Bella Vista and Bentonville. We wished the weather was nicer to explore the surrounding area by walking. I would recommend this unit.

Beautifully Updated and Clean Townhome

This extremely clean little townhome has tons of interior updates, great furniture, and lovely decor. Beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having a Roku TV in each of the main rooms. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, with more than enough speed for any traveler!The neighborhood is older, and the building exterior and entrance could use some maintenance. We also found the shower to be quite low on water pressure (not a simple fix usually). Overall, we had a very good experience and feel this Bella Vista townhome offers an outstanding value—especially if you need to bring a small pet along for your stay. Definitely would recommend!

The host was great and very attentive with the myriad of traveler questions asked. The 2 bedroom unit worked great for the family of four and the location was ideal for the sunrise to sunset activities we did. We would stay again in this unit as the little touches of care were everywhere and the cleanliness and decor added to the enjoyment of the 8 night stay. Thanks again to the host for the memories. JH
