***POTENTIAL NOISE ADVISORY: This property is located 2 miles from the airport.
You WILL hear the occasional airplane fly overhead. Refunds will not be given due to airplane noise.

***NATURAL ENVIRONMENT ADVISORY:
This property is located near a natural environment, such as woods and/or water. Guests may encounter or hear wildlife, including deer, rabbits, various birds and other animals, as well as insects native to the area. While every effort is made to control pests and is serviced regularly, it is not possible to prevent all insects from entering. Please keep all doors and screens closed to minimize their entry. Guests must not damage or alter the natural environment, including breaking, cutting, or carving into trees or foliage, or disturbing wildlife habitats and natural surfaces. Any violations may result in fines and liability for restoration costs. Refunds will not be given for bugs or wildlife.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum age to book is 25. Valid photo ID is required.
Once booking has been approved, guest will receive a URL link to required Vacation Rental Agreement (digital) .
• Guest must provide photo ID, full names of all occupants, and sign a required Vacation Rental Agreement (per NC state law - NC Vacation Rental Act).
• Agreement will be sent URL for eSignature.
• Booking is NOT confirmed until ID is verified and agreement is signed.
No property access details will be released without completed requirements prior to check in time.

We are a small, family owned & operated business; while we make every effort to monitor messages after hours- there is no on-site or after-hours maintenance or staff, we will always do our best to assist. If you have arrive after 9 PM, we may not be able to assist should you have difficulty getting to or into the property.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
We provide you with the following initial supplies to get you through your first 48 hours:

Kitchen:
• 1 refillable hand soap
• 1 refillable dish soap
• 3 trash bags
• 1 paper towel roll
• 3 dish pods

Per Bathroom:
• 2 toilet paper rolls
• 1 refillable hand soap (per sink)
• 2 trash bags

Per Guest:
• 1 travel bar soap (per guest)
• 1 set ear plugs (per guest)
• Towels: 1 bath towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 make up washcloth.

Coffee Station:
• Coffee pods, tea, cream & sugar (Brands may vary)
• Keurig coffee maker, French press, 5 cup drip pot

Basic Cleaning Supplies: glass cleaner, surface cleaner/ disinfectant, tub cleaner, broom & dustpan, vacuum, laundry detergent, spare cleaning towels (Brands may vary)

***If you have specific preferences for towels, soaps, coffee bar preferences, or other personal items, we highly recommend bringing those along to ensure your comfort during your visit!

HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS:
Please remember that you are staying in someone's home; we kindly ask that you treat it with respect and care.

Check in time - 4:00 PM | Check Out time - 10:00 AM
• Early check-in/outs may be requested & will be accommodated if possible.

House Rules:
• Max occupancy- 8 people.
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• NO parties/ large gatherings/ events - NO glitter, confetti, tinsel, tape, or similar items of any kind are allowed on the property.
• NO smoking/incense indoors. Outside permitted - kindly clean up & dispose of smoke products.
• NO pets on the property
• Guests have (2) hours from check in to report any housekeeping issues
• Report any damages, genuine concerns, or issues during the booking immediately. Not after checkout.
• For spills & messes- please DO NOT USE white towels. Spare cleaning towels are provided in the laundry closet & under the kitchen sink.
• Fireplace is INOPERABLE - please do not attempt to use it
• Exterior Security Cameras (3) for safety only — do not tamper, disable, or cover.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Check out time- 10:00 AM.
• Please DO NOT strip beds.
• Dirty dishes: Load dirty dishes in dishwasher & start
• Trash: Remove all trash/food from the refrigerator/cabinets & put in bins outside.
• Thermostat: Set to AUTO. COOL-76°F, HEAT- 65°F
• Turn off lights/ devices, lock all doors/ windows
• Notify host of departure

Please understand we will not return any deposits for guests who break house rules and regulations, not adhering to check out procedures, staying past check out time or any other actions that damage the house or delay the cleaning crew in their duties. Violation of any of these policies may result in a fine or immediate eviction without refund to the guest.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have private access to the entire home except for locked areas (owners’ closets, attic, crawlspace, shed) are off-limits. Security Notice:
Exterior cameras are installed at all 3 entrances for safety and liability. A non-recording dummy camera with motion light is placed at the front as a deterrent. Cameras do not monitor private or interior areas.
