Guest access:
Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of a fourplex, providing easy accessibility for all guests with only one flight of stairs. Parking is right next to the stairs.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire unit, and entry is made effortless with a secure and convenient smart lock system.
Key House Rules:
• The regular nightly rate covers 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including in the building common area, . $500 fine per violation.
• Ring security cameras for exterior use only, monitoring parking lot and front door activities
• No Pet is allowed
